    "What a great find"

    Pros: DwellTrack makes managing rental properties much easier and keeps everything organized in one place. I especially like the automatic e-Transfer rent tracking, expense management, tenant records, and lease management. The interface is clean and easy to use, and it feels designed specifically around the needs of Canadian landlords.

    Cons: DwellTrack was a little bit confusing at first, but I observed them actively publishing new versions so often. I am amazed of how mature it feels now compared to 3 months ago

    Overall: I had a satisfactory experience overall. My management experience of my 10 units is like a breeze now. I was not able to afford other management software of this quality until I discovered DwellTrack

    Pros: DwellTrack has been a great solution and has made things much easier and more efficient. I really like how intuitive and straightforward the platform is to use, while still offering the features I need. The overall experience has been smooth, reliable, and professional.

    Cons: There are a few areas where additional features or small improvements could make an already good product even better, but overall I’ve been very happy with DwellTrack.

    Pros: It has everything a landlord needs to manage his property at ease. the amount of features is impressive, what is more impressive is that they come for free

    Cons: So for so good. I had a hard time setting the email forwarding rule, but my son helped me with that, I guess it is something out of their hand!

    Overall: Overall, my experience is very positive, I will continue to use Dwelltrack. I may start managing a second unit, in which case I will subscribe to add the second unit in the same portfolio. all of my units in one place
