Recruiterflow

Pros: Recruiterflow is loaded with lots of features And I like that the software is designed in a way that matches my workflow. I don't feel that I need to adjust the way I work as a Recruiter in order to adjust to the software. Recruiterflow continues to add features that not only make it is easier to use but also make the software even more beneficial for recruiters. Customer service is great!

Cons: They have everything I need.. so nothing.

Overall: Just a good software and hassle-free too

Pros: User-friendly UI, automation features email and text, pipeline management is something we are starting to explore and they are bringing new features very regularly our response rates from candidates have increased 4x since we started using Recruiterflow having used some of their competitors over the years I have found their support to be the best in market.

Cons: None so far! They have covered everything we need.

Overall: Great ATS, feels more like a sales CRM, really robust unlike most ATS's in the market at the moment, highly recommend it to any recruiting firm looking for a simple, easy to use and effective software to manage their candidates and clients.

Pros: We recruit contributors for our various projects continuously and Recruiterflow has automated a large part of the process for us. It's a great recruiting software.

Cons: We could do better with more strict access control but team has informed us that they are working on it.

Overall: We struggled to recruit before Recruiterflow but after implementing it's really organized and automated where our team is free from doing repetitive work.

Pros: We are a small firm and we're looking for a way to organise our recruiting efforts. Thank god we found Recruiterflow! It's designed really well with integrations with job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed and others. We researched a bunch of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems but found Recruiterflow to be miles ahead of everyone else.

Cons: Haven't found one till now to be honest. It's been a phenomenal experience for us.

Overall: Been a great experience. The support has been responsive and helped us setup our account and making sure that we leverage the platform to its fullest potential.

Pros: 1. The team is really responsive and prompt in terms of assisting the clients
2. Their product offerings are constantly evolving and they usually add new features each month
3. The pricing is decent and you can select from Growth or enterprise solutions

Cons: Franky speaking there are hardly any but if I had to suggest some improvements, I would love to see more automation triggers in Recipe and more type of touchpoint in campaigns.

Overall: The product has helped me get quality candidates, improve my productivity and collaborate with my team better. There wasn't much learning curve as the UI is intuitive and migration was data from my old CRM was really smooth.

Pros: The UX, support and the ability to quickly drop people from LinkedIn and run email sequences on them. The support team goes above and beyond to help you get started.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about Recruiterflow. It's just incredible.

Overall: Overall, we've been very happy with Recruiterflow. We've been able to quickly get started, create our open roles and build pipeline for them.
