Best CRMCons: Color of background choices could be better for semi-color blind person like me.
Overall: I have used it 22 years. Converted from Desktop to web based in 2007. It is like an old friend. It does all that I need and probably a lot more. Updated often to take advantage of technology advances. Never buggy. The customer service is top notch and tech goes beyond PCR to help solve problems when necessary. The customizations are limitless.

Pros: Flexible.
Easy to customize.
Great customer support.
Great analytics and email campaign functionality.
Chrome extensions to pull LinkedIn profiles.Cons: The layout could be better. The split-screen functionality has some benefits, but I would prefer a more dynamic layout that expanded when you clicked on things. I find myself adjusting the middle bar back and forth.
Overall: Very satisfied with both the product and the support team. When I call in for a question or a need, I speak with a live person almost instantly.

Pros: PCR is not only user friendly it has amazing features. This system can be used by both Recruiters and Sales Managers. All information is documented into company/client or candidate files. In the past, I have used other systems that required Recruiters to use an ATS and the sales team had a completely different system so there was a huge communication gap between sales & recruiting. I absolutely love PCR.
Cons: I haven't come across any cons. PCR is user friendly and also has a wide variety of features including, bulk-emailing, activity reports to help manage your team. When I do come across an issue or something I can't figure out, I simply contact their support team and they are always ready and available to help.
Overall: 20 years in the recruiting industry and this is by far, the best ATS/Client Management system I have ever used. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE...

Pros: The product is very intuitive and there are many features to learn and modify, but if you get in a snag, an email or a phone call can help you get through any issue.
Cons: Really, the cons may exist, but they are worked out fairly quickly.
Overall: Great Customer Service Team - many individuals have been with the company for many years which really is helpful.
