Pros from Real Users Pros Great CS team that is always ready to help. They really listen to their customers and will step in to make sure you can use the product to what you need. Very user friendly - implementation was seamless and Crelate's customer support is amazing. I highly recommend this ATS. Crelate has been an outstanding partner for our organization. From implementation through ongoing support, their team consistently responds to our needs quickly and efficiently. The software is intuitive and easy to use, enabling our team to double our recruiting and onboarding volume without adding additional staff. This level of growth simply wouldn’t have been possible without Crelate. I've used Crelate now with 3 of my start-ups. I was on the implementation and buying team for one of these. I've been recruiting for 15 years and have used so many ATS systems, but Crelate has been by far the most user-friendly. Easy to use, explore, and customize. The reporting is clutch, and if/when I need help, the customer support team is quick to help and build the reports I'm looking for. Crelate gives a lot of information on how to do things, as well as provides free webinars and breaks down the different features. Best CRM that I have used to date. Once you realize this is a trie database-driven system, it is very powerful.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When it comes to staffing, PCRecruiter offers leading features such as self service portal, candidate management, CRM, and Job Board Posting among other helpful Features. It has made it was for us to recruit new employees whenever need be. I like how intuitive the product is and that it offers lot's of helpful features. It's easy to use and custmize this product. The customer care team is always a message or email away into solving any arising issues. I have used Pcrecruiter for a long time and it's an easy to use product. It comes equipped with great features and makes the hiring process effortless. The documentation features makes it amazing too. I like that the support team is responsive. The software is scalable. Customizing the software is straightforward. Integration with LinkedIn is easy. I have used it 22 years Email archive search Use with LinkedIn Excellent and timely service Best CRM Cons So far PCRecruiter has been great and there is nothing to complain about. No problems at all with PCRecruiter even when we experience problems, the support team is always there to handle that. For the time I have used PCRecruiter, I haven't experienced any major flaws. So far PCRecruiter has been great and I haven't had any bad encounters. Color of background choices could be better for semi-color blind person like me.
