    "Pathetic After Sales Services"

    Pros: It is a user friendly application to use. Both as a administrator and as a employee. You gradually learn on your own features of it.

    Cons: Zero in after sales support.
    Not reachable on call and just can be reached through email.
    Poor responsiveness.

    Overall: They will be ready to help while using free version. As soon as subscription is purchased, you will lose importance as a customer.
