Quire

Pros: Thanks to Quire's simplicity, I am now stuck to it. The team actively develops the software with great features like the Email to Quire, which is really helpful for me. Also, I love the dark mode!

Cons: All is good except for the mobile app, which could have more improvements.

Overall: Easy to use! It's incredible to be able to dive into all the details and have visually distinct tasks at hand.

Pros: Thanks to the hierarchical task list, my to-do list has been broken down into well-ordered and manageable goals. Quire's comprehensive features simply enhance an already excellent platform.

Cons: Even though they have Google Calendar sync, I wish they would have a native calendar view soon!

Overall: Overall, I'm quite pleased with the software. I'm more organized at work and can handle tasks in as much detail as I want.

Pros: Quire has excellent features with an intuitive interface that helped me get things done. Quire is an excellent choice if you're searching for management software that's easy to understand, simple to use, and saves you time.

Cons: Hopefully, Quire will have a time tracking feature soon. Other than that, I have not found any drawbacks to this tool.

Overall: It's been a great experience! I can better manage my project now. Also, Quire helps me track my work and my personal life.

Pros: Firstly, it was easy to download and install the mobile application.
I like that Quire has a free version that encompasses everything available on paid versions.

Cons: Quire do not have PPM capabilities for global enterprise companies.

Overall: My overall experience is great and I really like how Quire has improved project portfolio management across all departments in our organization.

Cons: - no calendar view
- no timeline
- syncing tasks with Google calendar takes hours

Overall: I have to attend several meetings in a week at work.
Quire comes in handy for me to organize the tasks and track the overall progress for my meetings.
During the meeting, instead of writing tasks and ideas down with pen and paper, I use Quire to keep a record, this way all of my team members would be on the same page immediately.
Quire supports Kanban board, personally, I think it's one of their best features. In my case, throughout the week, I can move weekly tasks on the board, from column to column.
This helps me to have a direct visual understanding of which tasks need to be done in the upcoming days and what not.
I recommend Quire to all the people who has countless meetings at work. It will definitely improve the productivity throughout the week!

Pros: - Simple to use, intuitive, no learning cost whatsoever
- Effective to communicate with my team (28 people)
- Can export the data at anytime
- Task list with unlimited subtasks: just like Microsoft Word!
- Multiple assign a task to my team members and they can complete the tasks themselves

Cons: - There are only 2 theme options: light or dark
- No Gantt Chart

Overall: My team has been struggling quite a lot to find a best solution to collaborate. We've used Asana, Trello and Jira for quite a while but our team wasn't satisfied with the result. We have to pay a lot to add more members on Asana, Trello doesn't have a list and Jira... is just beyond impossible to learn how to use.

So when one of my colleague introduced me with Quire, I wasn't expecting much. But then I started it out, I know immediately this tool is a must-have for my team and I. We got our team onboard with Quire in less than 2 weeks after I started using it and now, my whole team works on Quire everyday! We love their hierarchical task list, we don't use Kanban board much - only during the meetings. Anyways, I highly recommend this product!
