Pembee is a class booking and activity management tool built for clubs, camps, courses, classes, and other group-based programs. It replaces spreadsheets, generic event tickets, and scattered messages with one system for publishing timetables, taking bookings, collecting payments, managing rosters, and communicating with users. Organizers can set up recurring terms, holiday breaks, capacities, age ranges, prerequisites, pricing, health information, waivers, and custom registration forms, then share a hosted booking page through a website, email, social profile, button, QR code, or embedded frame. Customers can book several attendees and classes in one checkout, pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna, and manage bookings, cancellations, and payment methods through a self-service portal. Pembee supports term billing, deposits, installments, monthly memberships, session passes, class packs, trial tickets, discount codes, and automatic retries and reminders.
