Pros: Nothing, they stole money from me and refused to pay it back. I would recommend to report this company to the authorities.

Cons: I signed up for the "free" account, which I used once, but they charge you if you need to print anything. It was a small amount so I was ok with it. I canceled the account within the 14 day trial period to avoid their automatic renewal ! However as soon as I cancelled I received 2 emails, 1 that my account was canceled and another to thank me for purchasing a subscription for $ 47.95 US
( $ 65+ CND ! ) and for a successful processed payment of $ 18.95 US ! ?!
I called customer service and was told I canceled the account but then apparently signed up again a second late, and was told they had proof of me doing this !! I am working with my cc company to block any payments and get my money back.
Important to note is that you have no access at all to your cc details on your account, no option to erase it !! Very, very sketchy !!

Overall: Started out ok.
Bur after canceling and talking to their customer team and getting sketchy explanations as to why this happened and why I cant see my own cc on my own account it seemed their main objective is to get your money.

Update: I made a dispute with PayPal over this and immediately PDFSimpli emailed me saying that would refund me in full if I ended the dispute with PayPal. I did and then they sent an email refusing to refund me. F*ck this company. I’ll be making this a legislative issue now.

The other platform was easy to use, but proofofstatement AI's bank statements are more comprehensive and accurate.

Cons: but we chose proofofstatement AI for bank statements due to their precision and reliability which PDFSimpli do not have

Overall: They are doing well, Their service is good, i can personally recommend them for special uses.

Pros: The Software worked fine and absolutely did what I needed however the rub and kick in the proverbials comes a few weeks later when they extract you hard earned money!

Cons: The Shady Auto Renew Subscription, they will take the money and not honour their 30 day cooling off period. They Lied to Paypal when I raised the dispute to get the case closed. I've spent hours bouncing between their support team and Paypal an neither are accepting responsibility (because guess what, they both get paid regardless) These are straight up grifters using a very useful and well designed website they probably bought from someone else.

Overall: Appalling, this is a straight up money trap website. They may have bought the software and website from another company, but are using it to illegally scam users out of recurring subscription fees. They are sophisticated and know who to work the Paypal resolution system to their advantage.Please avoid at all costs.

Pros: It works good with pdf. Document was ready for download but then they wrote that i need to pay for downloading document. Question: why do you write that it is FREE online editor?

Cons: It was written that I payment is just for 2 weeks, but in reality they wanted to save my card and use it for subscription. Bank declined operation

Overall: There is probably some fine print somewhere, as shady companies often do. Even if what they’re doing is technically legal, it feels very dishonest and sneaky.

Pros: No pros. I tried to convert a manual to a pdf document. All my efforts were met with “file too big” or something to that effect. I abandoned all efforts. Two weeks later they scammed $59 off me

Cons: Took $59 out of my PayPal account without authorization. I never signed up for any subscription service. As a principal, I never do. Now I have problems getting my money back. Many others suffer are in the same boat. Their service also failed to convert my document even after I paid for it.

Pros: Easy to use. But beware.....the fine print which they very purposely made fine print to "disclose" and yet conceal, is what makes this a crappy deal. If they could just run an honest business!

You MUST affirmatively communicate with them to cancel. Otherwise they deem that as permission to charge you $39 per renewal period without any further notice.

Their website is designed to downplay that fact and make it seem you are able to do what they highlight (one trial use for $1 or $2).

Pros: Nothing. They are scammers who are going to steal your money. They advertise as free service, then charge for their service. Finally, charge every month without your consent.

Cons: They are scammers. Unauthorized charges which they refuse to refund.

Overall: On August 4 2024 their site popped up to me as a free pdf service. Nevertheless, to edit some files and download them I had to create a free account and pay 1,45 euros which I paid.
2 weeks later I received a PayPal charge for an automatic payment of 39,95 euros. I found out that if I hadn't discovered it early and canceled I would be charged every month.
On their Facebook page there are numerous complaints by other deceived victims with a similar experience.
I emailed them and they refused to refund me because I closed my account. I hope I don't get any other surprises from them.
Stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money.
It isn't only about the 39,95 euros that I lost. It's because of their unethical, unprofessional tactics. How do they sleep at night knowing that they feed their kids with money they have stolen from other families?

Pros: I got my intended work done which was short, brief, and 3 pages. Easily converted to Word. I would have stayed with them if it wasn’t for the extremely poor, disrespectful, and rude customer service.

Cons: Rep was rude, loud and aggressive in voice on the phone. Hung up on me as a full paying customer. Inexcusable. Never hang up on a customer, pass the call to a supervisor. But hanging up on the customer was the only childish way he knew how to handle the conversation.

Overall: Try UDPF.com and see a comparison of services. PDF Simpli is not as accommodating as they want the public to believe. But it is serviceable.

Pros: None I can think of. I did not use its service at all. This is a shame they charge me 40 dollars without my permission.
