Pros: you can edit pdfs which is what i needed so it did the job..... BUT its not worth £49.00 being stolen from your account under the guise of small print.

Cons: being charged £49.00 after paying £1.99, not obvious that I was going to be charged £49.00

Overall: dishonest company. I would never continue with a company that used dishonest tactics to get money out from me. As far as I can say, that will be the last money they see from me again.

Pros: Easy to use. But beware.....the fine print which they very purposely made fine print to "disclose" and yet conceal, is what makes this a crappy deal. If they could just run an honest business!

Cons: If you aren't careful they will SOAK you with a recurring "subscription" for ~$39 USD.

You MUST affirmatively communicate with them to cancel. Otherwise they deem that as permission to charge you $39 per renewal period without any further notice.

Their website is designed to downplay that fact and make it seem you are able to do what they highlight (one trial use for $1 or $2).

Overall: A good pdf editing platform is completely marred by what can only see as dishonest and misleading info.

Pros: Nothing. They are scammers who are going to steal your money. They advertise as free service, then charge for their service. Finally, charge every month without your consent.

Cons: They are scammers. Unauthorized charges which they refuse to refund.

Overall: On August 4 2024 their site popped up to me as a free pdf service. Nevertheless, to edit some files and download them I had to create a free account and pay 1,45 euros which I paid.
2 weeks later I received a PayPal charge for an automatic payment of 39,95 euros. I found out that if I hadn't discovered it early and canceled I would be charged every month.
On their Facebook page there are numerous complaints by other deceived victims with a similar experience.
I emailed them and they refused to refund me because I closed my account. I hope I don't get any other surprises from them.
Stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money.
It isn't only about the 39,95 euros that I lost. It's because of their unethical, unprofessional tactics. How do they sleep at night knowing that they feed their kids with money they have stolen from other families?

Pros: I got my intended work done which was short, brief, and 3 pages. Easily converted to Word. I would have stayed with them if it wasn’t for the extremely poor, disrespectful, and rude customer service.

Cons: Rep was rude, loud and aggressive in voice on the phone. Hung up on me as a full paying customer. Inexcusable. Never hang up on a customer, pass the call to a supervisor. But hanging up on the customer was the only childish way he knew how to handle the conversation.

Overall: Try UDPF.com and see a comparison of services. PDF Simpli is not as accommodating as they want the public to believe. But it is serviceable.

Pros: None I can think of. I did not use its service at all. This is a shame they charge me 40 dollars without my permission.

Cons: Charge me $40 after a month without my authorization. This is disgusting and a scam. Try to call them but no one answered my phone call.

Overall: It is unethical business. How could you charge customers money without permission? I’m going to file a claim!

Pros: Nothing, compared to Adobe the are 0, also they professionalism is below zero. Never ever again, choose any other app.

Overall: The worst app, they professionalism is 0, I use the app one time, never get any email about subscriptions or any payment, just one day they took from my card around 50$, I contact them and send them email and never get any respond. Customer care is 0, so so bad.

Pros: Nothing PRO about this lack luster company. Find somewhere else to spend your money. They are very shady.

Cons: I canceled my free trial in the 14 days and their system kept claiming there was an issue. This company is stealing money from me and they refuse to make it right. I will continue to do what I can so this doesn't keep happening to others that use their services.

Overall: I haven't used this system since the free trial. Shitty company. Employees need training. Not sure if they have more then one person working there. They never return calls, and avoid responsibilities at all costs. They make you choose a time frame that you use this system but they don't offer a "NEVER USE" option. They force you to claim you use and like the services.

Cons: If I could give 0 stars....advertises as "Free". After they deceive you into creating an account and providing your information they tell you there's a fee. If you sign up for their free trial and don't cancel timely it's $49.95 a month, whereas the normal annual fee is only $24 a month.

Overall: Why pay $600 a month when you could get it for only $24 a month....because they are deceptive and hide this little gotcha in small print below everything. If you're going to disclose it, simply disclose it. I'm sure people will still screw up and they'll get their $600 a year. But I can't work with a deceptive (lie) and sneaky company.

Pros: I used the paid service once and was charged for a subscription later automatically. When I contacted the support team, they immediately refunded my payment to the card and cancelled the subscription and no question was asked.

Cons: None. My experience was smooth. From using the services to customer care.

Overall: Great Experience. I will come back whenever I need the PDF related services without a doubt! Thanks.

Cons: I paid $1.45 for a one-time PDF editing service, only to later discover they had sneakily signed me up for a subscription. The small print at the bottom mentioned it would become a subscription, but I didn't notice it. Fourteen days later, they charged my card $39.95 without sending an invoice or reminder that the trial period was ending. They seem to rely on customers forgetting so they can continue charging monthly. Fortunately, I regularly audit my credit card transactions and caught it. This is a very shady business practice. Customers, beware!

Pros: Product worked reasonably well, but hate their dishonest strategy to sign you up for subscription if you only use it once, and was willing to pay for the single document download. Slimy payment tactics DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!

Overall: Really disappointed by their slimy subscription tactics. It presented as free (not free trial), but only after signing up and editing do you see there is a 14 free trial. But if you want to download anything, you need to pay a single price, or sign up for subscription. Even if you make the single payment they automatically sign you up for monthly subscription (no notification). I really don't mind paying for services if it is communicated properly and honestly beforehand. But these guys are really slimy.
Call centre support (Jenifer) only gives attitude and drops the call.
No respect for them. Will not use again, even if the product itself is good. I don't like their dishonesty.

Pros: Very good in helping you modify the PDF. Easy to use and it gets the job done that's how they get you to pay for the 1.95$ "free trial"

Cons: The free trial is not free you are still getting charged $1.95 and after if you pay with your debit card/credit card they charge you without your permission or notification and they don't even leave you an Invoice for what they are charging you.

Overall: It's a scamming application which they attract customer with the fact you can use it for free for a free trial but you are still getting charged and even after you inscribed for the 14 days you will still get charged monthly without notification, permission or invoice. The support invoke all sorts of reasons and even after I show them with screenshots I did not receive any emails or notifications from them they still bluntly ignore it and straight up refuse to refund your money that was taken without permission. Simply scammer practice.

Overall: Do not trust this company, I set up a 14 day account and cancelled after 2 days, I was billed for 4 months without any email notifications. Their records showed an account since 2020! Only support was via chat bot or off-site automated responses. Would not answer any questions. Very basic UI, UX, not a good product, no support, deliberately evasive.

Overall: I used their service to convert one document, one time, paid the $1.50 fee, that should have been the end of it, then two weeks later, a $40 charge showed up on my credit card. I never agreed to this. Apparently, your "plan" (like I ever had one) renews automatically at the end of the "trial period" and you're charged. I'm sorry, but any company that uses this tactic where the consumer is charged when they take no action is deceptive, sneaky and dishonest. As a consumer, I should be required to take some action to trigger a transaction. They are taking advantage of the probability that people won't read every last line of text in their terms and conditions, particularly the fine print. Companies that do this are SCUM. They are thieves. The only reason they got one star is because giving them zero was not allowed. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company and any others that use this auto-charge/auto-renewal GARBAGE. LIARS, CROOKS AND THIEVES IS WHAT THEY ARE!

Pros: Nothing to like about you can get this type of garbage on google pretty much every other second.

Cons: Accessibility and work on it can be challenging I wasted weeks on this junk to fix their issues on my files.

Overall: I worked on the pdf 10 -15 pages long I made changes after I saved it to my desktop I found out all the jobs I did were not saved I repeated them again and again and again, same thing same results.

Cons: I used the "redact" feature, it actually doesn't really redact the information you want to protect. If you search the information you've redacted, you'll find you can still find it.
Also I paid the service and I was pretty sure I didn't agree to auto renewal, but they still put me on automatically monthly renewal plan, and charged me 20 more days after I stopped using it.

Overall: This is a shameless company with lemon product. When I realized they charged me I immediately contacted them but they refused to refund the money.

Overall: Never use them, they will charge you a small amount for the first document and then when they send you an invoice (which was lost in spam in my case), they will mention that they will charge 39,90 usd starting from the next month.
