    Pros: The reports about the current campaign shared by Oracle CX marketing in the dashboard are incredibly informative, it helps to understand customer interest. Its UI/UX design is appealing to my usage. Its user segmentation option is a great addon. It can automate the emailing process. Helps to retain customers.

    Cons: Never faced any major issues with Oracle marketing. No cons.

    Overall: I loved how Oracle CX marketing helped us to run a successful auto-piloted digital marketing. It also helped in customer retention, by enabling robust segmentation. Overall, I suggest Oracle CX marketing if you want to make new customers, understand customer interests and want to run a successful marketing campaign.
