    Pros: The product is very easy to install and we can start using right away.
    it gives us exactly what we need to know and we can see problems with our network before users are impacted.
    we can decide what we want to monitor and pay only for what we need.
    This product can tell us what impact changes to our network can do.

    Cons: Nothing except we would like to have more time to use all the features provided by the product.

    Overall: Finally a product that we can start using right away without having to setup a lot of parameters.
    We like how simple to use to see the performance of our network.

    "Super product for Network monitoring and performance analysis"

    Pros: - Easy to setup and configure.
    - A product I wish existed a long time ago.
    - Great for VOIP troubleshooting.
    - You pay for what you use, no surprises. You can add an agent to a remote computer and see where the problem resides and then remove it at very low cost.
    - Good variety agents available (we had one for our all external products).
    - You can dive into complex investigations very easily.
    - Great Dashboards and state of the Network
    - Able to be pro-active when network issues arise.
    - Great team for sales and support.

    Cons: Nothing so far I can think of, like I said very easy to use and very powerful.

    Overall: Very satisfied with the product. I wish this product existed before, would have solved many troubleshooting hours in the past.

    Documentation is accurate and clear for everyone.

    Cons: Nothing comes to mind right now. I am satisfied with how I use it.

    Good variety of public agents available.
    You pay for what you use, nothing more.
    Gives a good amount of information.
    Great tools to visualize the state of a network.
    Good wiki.

    Cons: Nothing comes to mind right now!

    Overall: I think this is a nice add-on to anyone working in IT, especially with VoIP.
    You get a lot of different metrics with live updates and a nice dashboard you can manage to showcase the information you need.

    "The "insider view" of your network"

    Pros: The platform has a very complete interface. You can access loads of relevant data that helps you have an "insider view" of your network performance and potential problems.

    Cons: As with most software that gives you that much information, getting around at first is a bit cumbersome.

    Overall: This product is one of the more relevant one I have used regarding the monitoring and troubleshooting of our MPLS network.
