About Monact

Monact collects reviews and customer feedback through a QR code printed on a card that goes inside the customer's order. You build a short survey, download a print-ready PDF and put the card in your packaging. The buyer scans it with the box still open, answers your questions, and finishes on a screen showing your review destinations. Scans and answers arrive in your dashboard as orders are opened.

It is built for Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Shopify sellers who cannot email their buyers directly: a card in the box is the one channel they own.

A campaign is either a survey (score, multiple choice or free text, one screen at a time) or a reviews campaign that sends buyers straight to the review sites you choose. You can switch between them without reprinting. Monact never gates reviews: every buyer reaches the same final screen whatever they answered. Responses export to CSV. Free plan available; the first 250 printed cards are included on paid plans.
