Pros: Keeps everything organized and is very easy to use and navigate. The resume parser allows me to create candidates without having to type anything manually (this helps because I receive a lot of resume applications via email). I also created a good looking career page for my openings in only a few minutes. Overall I found that it offers the best value and saves me a huge amount of time.
Cons: It would be great if the career page offered more languages than English and Spanish. Some of my candidates are not that proficient in English so it would make it more accessible for them to offer more languages.
Overall: I have been running independent recruitment services for some time now, and after some time started to be overwhelmed by huge Excel sheets which hurt my productivity. I looked for affordable solutions and found this platform. It really answered all my need as it allows me to track and manage candidates efficiently through each step of the process.

Pros: Where to start? First of all it’s very easy to use. To give an example I created a custom career page in a matter of minutes, and sharing jobs there was equally easy. The set of tools really covers every aspect of the recruitment process from finding candidates to onboarding so it’s kind of an all-in-one recruiter toolbox that will save you so much time.
Cons: No features currently to send SMS to candidates. This would be a great addition in order to reach candidates directly on their phone. Other than that the software covers all our needs so we are pretty happy.
Overall: Great experience with this software. It’s very easy to use for one, but also the support team was super helpful all along the free trial, with any questions we had even though we are a small company. They also showed us all the various features during a video call to make sure we know all about the tools included in the platform. Overall it has made recruiting easy for us

Pros: The candidate search tools and AI recommendation. You can leverage in a few clicks your past candidates and immediately see their fit with the job description you entered in the system. Social media enrichment is quite unique and allows us to know candidates better. My third favorite feature is the Gmail and G-Calendar integrations. It's super easy to set up and basically you can handle all communications/activities scheduling directly from the platform.
Cons: Almost none. More jobs in the first plan would be great as the 10 jobs limit is reached pretty quickly. That being said compared to other ATS this remains very affordable given the toolset offered for the price.
Overall: Great overall. Both user friendly and powerful. It's the perfect solution for mid sized companies looking for a scalable and affordable solution. It includes lots of features, my favorite being the AI recommendations as it saves a huge amount of time.

Pros: I'm fond of the level of customization here. The interface is extremely easy to navigate and once you connect your emails and calendars, it more or less becomes the only tab you need to have open, a one-stop recruitment shop of sorts.
Cons: Some features I haven't had time to dig into so I don't use them at the moment. I will need to dig into the documentation to find out how they work. Other than that it's a great software to use.
Overall: It's very well-made compared to other solutions. You can do a lot with this platform and build an effective process around its features. It helps me manage candidate data and keep track of our recruitment campaigns.

Pros: We go through large volumes of applications in our recruitment around the year. The software helps a lot with cutting through the noise and scoring top profiles. Saves me hours of work. There's collaboration features so that the whole team communicates and remains involved.
Cons: I'll admit there are the occasional bugs. The ATS used to struggle with certain resume formats, but there have been updates to the parsing aspect since, and we've yet to encounter another problem.
Overall: We adopted the software quite some time ago, and I have to say it was one of those unexpected shifts in how our recruitment goes. You can tell that the team genuinely cares about the software and about the clients. They've always been eager to help and quick to respond.

Pros: It's very easy to customize your hiring pipeline and drag and drop candidates as they progress through the stages. Screening is also made very easier, drop a job description and it will let you know how much of a match candidates are for that specific job. Posting jobs is automatic on a number of job boards so we don't have to repeat this manual process for each board. No extra costs, all features are available by default. Overall increased our efficiency!
Cons: Lots of functionalities under the simple looks of the interface which can be a bit intimidating. On the good side there is a documentation and customer support is very responsive. More languages for the custom career page would be a great addition.
Overall: Overall, great solution. The ease of use and the value are unbeatable. Also the customer support is particularly responsive and attentive. We are very happy and will continue to use it for all our hiring needs.

Pros: I confirm what the other reviews are saying, the platform is super easy to use. It includes all the features needed to conduct efficiently a recruitment process from A to Z. Lastly, the platform is highly customizable.
Cons: The custom resume generator can glitch when the candidate resume is not in English. This can be fixed manually so it's not a big issue but the operation takes a bit more time.
Overall: Very good experience so far. The pricing and the features really make this one of the best options out there for medium companies looking for a powerful recruitment tool.

Pros: You can customize almost everything on the platform. The overview for the pipeline is very nice to use, and you automatically get data about the candidates that would take too long to get manually. You can communicate with other recruiters through the platform and even get recruiter performance data.
Cons: A bit of loading time when dropping upwards of 500 resumes at a time. It takes a few minutes but now they made it so that you can do other things while it finishes its work.
Overall: Used the platform at my previous company and I'm happy that we did. We had a number of recruiters who all enjoyed the platform. Sometimes our recruitment projects intersected and the platform allowed us to keep everything organized.

Cons: There is no option as of now to SMS candidates directly in the platform as of now, but this is something they told me they are considering. Since platforms that offer this feature are more expensive and do other things not as well this is not a big issue.
Overall: We've considered a couple of options and none were as user friendly and as functional. Overall it's been a huge time saver thanks to tools like automatic job board posting and candidate scoring. We are looking forward to the future features they release.

Pros: Finding and importing candidates from Linkedin is so easy, and once in the system simply by pasting a job description the software recommends the best candidate for that role. What a time saver!
Cons: The program does everything I need well. My only complain is that the interface is in english only.
Overall: Very good! Hiring my team and keeping things organized while doing so was easy compared to the old Excel or Google Sheet. My mind was set on Manatal after joining the trial and comparing with other solutions, but as a bonus they are also the most competitive pricing wise and offer a great support (they'll always get back to you within 2-3 minutes when using the support chat in the app).

Pros: By far the easiest ATS to use, even for people that have no experience at all. You can feel that they tried to keep things simple and intuitive while at the same time having as many features as the more expensive solutions in the market. The parser and Ai recommendation are my favorite tools as they save so much time.
Cons: I would love to see more templates in the career page builder. If it was not for that I would have given a perfect score as it offer by far the most value currently.
Overall: I am having a good time using the platform. It has really made my life easier by automating tedious tasks. I can recommend it to anyone that is looking to optimize their recruitment and not spend huge amounts of money for that.

Pros: 1 - The support team is really helpful and responsive.
2 - Easy to use. We were able to learn how to use most of the platform's features in 30 minutes. For the rest the support team helped us.
3 - We now have our own customized career page.
4 - Since we deal with a lot of resume, the mass import and parsing features are a huge time save.Cons: The mobile version is not as easy to use as on desktop but all features are there so there are no limitations to what we can do.
Overall: We have implemented the software over two months ago and have been very pleased so far. We went through a 14 days trial during which the support team guided us through the features and it was pretty clear for us after the 14 days that we would not be able to return to using Excel for our recruitment.

Pros: Clear interface and features that cover the every step of the hiring process. My favorite tools are the automated job posting and the possibility to invite hiring managers to participate in the hiring process.
Cons: At the end of the 14 days trial we were still evaluating other options so it would have been great for them to extend it for another week. We didn't get the extension but still went with them as the software was the most promising. Luckily we haven't got any regrets regarding our choice.
Overall: Great ATS. Easier than most other recruiting software we used and full of features. There are no extra costs as all features are included in both plans so it's pretty hard to beat the value of their 15 plan when comparing it to other recruiting software.

Pros: All the traditional features of ATSs are there, plus a couple of unique features like social media enrichment. Very easy to use, great value compared to other competitors when comparing the feature/price ratio. No complicated implementation, simply login and use the app.
Cons: A video guide to setup and customize the career page would be great, and more templates to customize.
Overall: Used Manatal for over 6 months, it really helped us structure our recruitment processes and candidate database. It is super simple to use and integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar. The mass import of candidates and resume parsing is a huge time saver!

Pros: It has been a great tool to help us scale our sourcing operations. Recruiting is now easier, candidate database management is super efficient as the system identifies automatically the best suited candidates and presents them to the recruiter.
Cons: No big complaint at this point. In a perfect world I would like to see WhatsApp messaging included in the platform but from all the ATS we tested none of them offered that feature.
Overall: I love to use Manatal, excellent tool that covers everything from sourcing to after placing candidates!

Pros: The implementation was very easy and with the training provided to me and my team we were fully operational in a matter of hours. Thanks to the customer support for that! There are many features that make our lifes easier such as the recommendation engine which screens candidates according to job descriptions. The custom career page builder allows us to have our own career page without having to do any coding or such. Lastly the pricing is the best we have found in the market, very straightforward and with no extra costs.
Cons: The career page is customizable and the provided template are good but I would like to have more options to customize the career page such as more templates.
Overall: The platform is very intuitive, and helps us serve our clients more efficiently. I recommend any agency to give a try to their free trial and see for themselves if it answers their needs.

Pros: The platform is very affordable, only $15 per month, which is great for small businesses which want to try it out and see if it really works for them. The UI is very intuitive and it integrates easily with Gmail and Google Calendar.
Cons: There is no option to SMS candidates within the platform, only to send email and schedule activities.
Overall: I would recommend any business to try it. They offer a 14 days trial, and then the cheapest paid version only costs 15 and includes all the features. The support team is excellent and very helpful. They provided us with a full training which got us fully operational with an hour.
