Manatal

Pros: First it is very easy to use. It also allowed us to automate lots of tedious tasks and greatly increase our efficiency. Integration with Gmail and Google Calendar makes it so that we almost never have to leave the platform to communicate with candidates.

Cons: The product includes all that is needed to conduct an efficient recruitment process. However as it is still an evolving software it doesn't integrate yet with all local job boards. We have requested a couple to their support team and two have been added so far. Hopefully the rest will come soon.

Overall: Great software. A quick demonstration to my boss and we made the transition from Excel. Convincing him was also made a lot easier since it's the most affordable ATS in the market. The software helped us reduce the time to hire, cost per hire and improve the quality of hires.

Pros: The platform highly customizable and allows us to work with our vendor directly within the platform. The price is transparent and affordable, plus the price increases as I add users and not as the database increases. This is a pricing system I prefer.

Cons: While it's possible to add our logo and company name. It's not possible at this point to change the interface color. This would be a nice addition.

Overall: Very easy to implement (simply login on your browser) and very easy to use, I recommend the software to anyone wanting to step up their recruitment efforts.

Pros: - Manatal makes the boring and painstaking aspects of recruitment so easy! It is also quite simple to set up and use.

Cons: - I felt that the design choices provided in the customizable UI could be better.

Overall: If you have been using Excel to manage your recruitment processes for all this time you should definitely give Manatal a try.

Pros: 1. Great UI: very easy to use. 2.Finding the most relevant to a job in a large database can be done by simply uploading a job description. 3. CRM tools to manage clients and communication. 4. The feature to manage placements is great to keep track on candidates placed until the end of their probation period. 5. Mailchimp integration allows us to easily run follow-up campaigns with candidates.

Cons: SMS messaging to candidates is not added at the moment, however it is on the development roadmap.

Overall: Overall I highly recommend it. It really helped us make placements faster, and we have a better overall vision on what everyone is doing as all the information is centralized in the platform.

Pros: Easy to use. The mobile version works well. All the tools are there
to conduct an efficient recruitment process.

Cons: Some improvements could be made to the interface to make it
look a little better.

Overall: Overall very good I can say that I recommend Manatal to anyone looking for an ATS.

Pros: All the tools needed to do recruitment efficiently, for the best price in the market. Very easy for anyone to use. We do everything in the platform, from finding candidates and managing clients, to handling communications and scheduling activities.

Cons: For the value it offers it's hard to complain. Plus they are constantly adding new features and improving the existing ones

Overall: We use the software for both our internal recruitment and more importantly to find and manage the workforce we outsource. Since we have started using the software we have drastically improved our efficiency and its made our lives much easier so I'm more than happy to recommend Manatal.

Pros: Good features and very simple to use. Sourcing candidates from Linkedin is made very easy. Many user types, permissions levels and collaboration tools that allow teams to work efficiently together. The inbox and activities can be synchronized with Gmail and Google Calendar.

Cons: Depending on the type of resume of each candidate, it's rare but happens that the custom resume generator miss one field.

Overall: We are a staffing agency so we use it for our central piece of business software and thus we use it for applicant tracking as well as managing all of our job orders. In addition to this we use it as our customer relationship management tool with all of our clients and client contacts.
Very easy to use from a work flow perspective in adding candidates linking them to jobs and following them through the process.
Great plugin for browsers, Outlook and Word to easily import resumes and candidate profiles.
They are regularly updating the systems so you get ongoing improvements.

Pros: Simple, efficient UI but highly customizable at the same time
(recruitment pipeline, candidate information,..). Tools like the email templates really help a lot with routine tasks. Gmail integration works like a charm and now all conversations with candidates can be archived directly in their profile making it very easy to pick up where a colleague was previously working.

Cons: So far nothing bad to report. The software does everything we need and does it well.

Overall: Very good ATS. Give it a try it, I guarantee it will make your life way easier and improve your recruitment process overall.

Pros: Basically, all the functions you can expect from an ATS are in here, for a much lower price than what the competition offers. They also release new improvements every week so it's nice to see the product growing.

Cons: Some minor UI improvements could be made in my opinion, but those are really nitpicking.

Overall: Very good experience. We started with a small team on the smallest plan and have now grown to 15+ people. Manatal has surely helped in this growth.

Pros: Very fast and user friendly. Lots of useful tools. The app on Android is great when not in the office.

Cons: A free version would be great. Currently they only offer a free trial and then a $15 / month plan.

Overall: Generally a very strong option when looking at the various ATS in the market. Hiring used to be much more complicated before we started using Manatal.

Pros: Manatal is very complete, it includes pretty much everything you need to conduct an efficient recruitment process. The design makes the experience very intuitive even for people who have never used an ATS before. It is also very fast and is upgraded weekly with new features. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their recruitment process.

Cons: The only feature that I thought was missing was the possibility to change candidates status from "Hired" to "Employee" as a way to keep an employee records but this was added two months back.

Overall: We are saving lots of time processing candidates and definitely improved the candidate experience through our new customized career portal and streamlining each steps of the hiring process.

Pros: Very easy to use, and lots of features that make my life easier. It is very easy to find candidates in a large database, simply search by typing keywords (skills, location, diploma, past experiences,...), this saves me a lot of time compared to searching an Excel file or doing a new search on Linkedin. The CRM tool allows me to manage all my clients and I can invite them to participate to each recruitment process directly into the platform. No more looking into my email inbox for an old feedback on a candidate, everything is now in Manatal. Finally, the price was a very important factor when deciding to subscribe after my free trial. I could not find any other ATS that offers so many features for the same price.

Cons: So far so good, I hope that they keep adding new tools, add more job boards and keep the price the same.

Overall: I used the software for the last 4 months to run my recruitment agency, switching from Excel. It's a great quality of life tool that saves me a huge amount of time so I'm very happy I made the investment. I highly recommend it to people launching their agency, when you reach a point at which using Excel becomes a drag.

Pros: The candidate scoring system and the social media enrichment are some of my favorite tools as it saves me a huge amount of time screening candidates. Inviting hiring managers to collaborate on the positions they are involved with is very easy, saves us time and allows to save all information related to that specific application in one place for future reference.

Cons: The software is very easy to use but the UI in my opinion could use more colors or be more original, as of right now the only two colors you will see are blue and white. Would be great if that could be customized.

Overall: Manatal allows me to save time on every step of the way, from sourcing candidates and reviewing applications, to setting up activities and collaborating with my team and hiring managers.

Pros: Manatal was very easy to set up and customize. It has all the traditional ATS features plus a couple more innovative ones that really help with candidate screening and finding the best candidates in a large database

Cons: The only language option for the interface is English. Manatal would have been easier to adopt for some of my colleagues had the interface been in the local language.

Overall: Overall very happy, definitely the ATS that offers the best value in
the market.

Pros: The platform has really been great for us. It's very easy to use and do things like creating a job and sharing it on multiple job boards or sharing notes with other users throughout the process.

Cons: Things like creating branded and custom resume can be improved because even though it doesn't happen often, some resume format don't convert well.

Overall: It has really been great, there are a couple of things that could be perfected but overall it's a solid system.

Pros: Great help received by the customer support. We were trying
to integrate our systems with Manatal via API and they really went above and beyond helping us to achieve that. Now everything is set up and running and we love the software.

Cons: No complaints so far, Manatal is integrated and all works well.

Overall: Without doubt the best value if you are looking for an ATS offering the possibility to integrate via API.

Pros: All the features of traditional ATSs, with a number of added
features like the AI recommendation engine and social media enrichment.

Cons: It's been over 6 months and nothing bad so far. They keep adding features and improving the UI so I'm pretty excited to see what they have in store for the future.

Overall: Very good ATS, completely replaced our Excel sheets. I use it daily and don't know how I could do without it.

Pros: Lots of intuitive features that make my work much more efficient. For example the candidate rating system which cuts screening time by half, or the parser that automatically extracts information from candidates resume.

Cons: A freenium version would be great, right now there is only a 14 days trial and then you have to opt in one of their plans.

Overall: Best ATS value wise, plus it's super easy to use. I highly recommend to anyone that spends their days doing recruitment from Linkedin, social media and job boards.

Pros: I like using this ATS because it provides a feature for every task I have to undertake while I recruit. The LinkedIn extension helps with the sourcing, the AI engine helps with the parsing and vetting, and now they've got even more features for collaboration, task management, guest access, onboarding, you name it. It's a compact solution that covers all the areas I need covered. Very good software.

Cons: If the software's interface was in other languages than English, that would have been very helpful. Some of our team members aren't as linguistically inclined, so it was difficult for them to use initially. I solved this by training them in using the software the same way Manatal's team trained me during the demo. It's not a major issue, but oh well.

Overall: It's a very positive experience. We've been using Manatal for almost a year now and we're quite happy with it. Initially we just signed up for the free trial but the software and pricing were too good to pass up.
