Pros: I loved building a career page. It's super easy and gives you enough options to make something that feels unique. Overall it's ease of use, I had never used an ATS but it only took me a couple of hours to be proficient.
Cons: Merging candidates can be a bit tedious in some cases. Otherwise there nothing I can really complain about so far. The software delivers!
Overall: It happened that I had to build a new team a while back and got to actively recruit alongside our HR Manager. I was lucky enough to start right after our HR Manager began her subscription to the platform (she did so because handling every candidate and opening on Excel sheets started to become tedious and very inefficient). Overall the software really helped us get organized at every step of the process starting from importing our large candidate pool which was split between individual resume and csv files. From there we built a career page, shared all the openings on career boards and began receiving candidates. Without the software no doubt we would have been overwhelmed!

Pros: Great software for a team of around 10 recruiters. There's no implementation and setup takes only a few minutes then you are good to go. Everything is very easy to do including creating a new custom career page and having your openings automatically posted on free job boards.
Cons: The only downside so far for us is that it's not possible to share jobs to premium job boards. This is a feature we are told is currently being built but until it's available to users I will give a 4 stars score.
Overall: Very good platform. Way easier to use than most competitors. It also offers a large number of tools for a pretty cheap price tag so good value. The only thing missing is premium job board job posting but that should be available in not long.

Pros: I've been using the platform for a month now. Learning the software was really easy, and for any question I had the support team was really responsive. Lots of things are customizable and there is a tool for everything in the recruitment process. Finally value for money seems to be the best compared to other platforms we've looked into.
Cons: As mentioned previously, there are many customization options, which can feel a little overwhelming and complex when you first try to play with the settings. Thankfully the support team is there and usually answers within minutes.
Overall: Overall great value given all the features which are provided. Has made my life easier in many ways by automating tasks like filling candidate information or sharing jobs to job boards. There is also a free trial so it's very easy to give it a try to see if it matches your needs.

Pros: I found it very helpful that the software offers an easy to use career page builder. There are a couple of templates available and customizing them is very easy despite not having any web design or IT background. To add to that, the software allows me to post job ads for free across multiple platforms in one click, and all incoming applications are compiled in the software. It is efficient and allows the team and I to allocate our time and efforts elsewhere.
Cons: I have no complaints after a couple of months using the software. However I'd like to see more email templates added and the possibility to WhatsApp candidates in the platform.
Overall: The solution is great for mid-sized companies because it's easy to use and implement, scalable and affordable. It has all the features most companies require to conduct their recruitment activities and will definitely cut the time spent doing manual data entry and repetitive tasks. Overall it simply makes a recruiter's life easier.

Pros: Being a fast-growing company, we are constantly on the lookout for outstanding candidates. Manatal made it possible to easily source talents from different channels like job boards, career page or Linkedin. It also centralizes all applications for us. It's very convenient because we don't have to go through different job boards one at a time. An added benefit is that the software is very easy to use.
Cons: A select all button would be great on certain pages to export data from the account more efficiently. Some options to customize the interface would also be a great addition.
Overall: Overall, my company is very satisfied with Manatal! For a very, very affordable price, we have access to so many useful features and tools. I also appreciate the responsiveness of their support team whenever we have questions about the software. We benchmarked other recruitment softwares but we found this one offered the best value-for-money.

Pros: Super handy to use: before starting the free trial I had never used an ATS, I expected the whole thing to be complicated but actually the learning curve was very short. Thanks to the support team that took me through the basic tools, the career page builder and database management tools.
Cons: I didn't explore all of the features yet, the ones I used worked well and the interface is generally easy to navigate and responsive. The only thing missing is some other languages than english for the interface and the career page.
Overall: The goal was to give the software a test to see if it could help us in anyway improve our processes. I found it very easy to use and has all the features we need like career page builder and automated job sharing to job boards. On top of that it's very affordable and support was very good even though we are a small company. It will be my tool of choice once business starts to kick-off again.

Pros: Very easy to track/manage candidates and openings. It also includes CRM tools so it's similarly easy to manage prospects and clients. The collaboration tools are also super useful as I can invite my clients for free to collaborate on their openings directly in the platform, cutting the need for sending some emails and centralizing everything about these openings in one place.
Cons: There's only some aspects of the UI I'd like to tweak since I use some tools more than others and that would cut clicks when moving from a page to another in some instances.
Overall: Very positive. It's the ideal solution for an agency our size both in terms of features and cost. I can both manage/collaborate with my clients and recruiters easily. All the information regarding past jobs and candidates is easily accessible. Pros: We have been using the software for over 4 months now, it's very easy to use so getting everyone onboard was super smooth. There is no installation at all, I only had to customize the platform to our needs with the help of their support team. We post all our jobs and deal with a lot of candidates so the integration with Facebook Jobs and the resume parser are perfect for us. I love the social media scraper as it allows us to identify potential issues before they arise.
Cons: The two things I'd like to see is a wider selection of email templates from the start so we don't have to draft them ourselves and a select all button on some pages to make selection of candidates, jobs, etc easier.
Overall: Saves a huge amount of time by cutting manual input and automating tasks. The career page looks great and was very easy to build. Our collaboration and organization has greatly improved. We couldn't do without it!

Pros: It is exactly what most companies need for recruitment. Very easy to set up, customize and use. It can be integrated with Gmail and Outlook emails so all conversations with candidates are saved in the system for further reference. Great to organize, screen and store large quantities of job applications and CVs. Includes some useful analytics tools.
Cons: My only grudge is that they do not integrate with some of the more local job boards allowing automatic job posting, which would save us time. I will revisit this review once this has been fixed but for now it's a four star.
Overall: Having all the recruitment tools from job posting to onboarding has greatly improved my day to day work. I also believe it has had a positive impact for candidates since we are able to deal with their applications in a more efficient way and spend more time discussing with them.

Pros: Easy to track and manage candidates and clients on a kanban board. Can be connected to Gmail to send and receive emails from the platform. The mobile app allows us to easily work while outside the office when needed. The live chat support is super easy to get help when we have a question
Cons: While the UI is easy to figure out some customization options can get a little complex I found. Big thanks to the customer support team for responding to our questions in such a timely manner and taking the time to explain all the features.
Overall: Includes everything we need to run our recruitment processes, takes no time to set up and cost is low when compared to other solutions so all in all we are very happy. On top of that the support is probably the best I've ever received when it comes to online softwares.

Pros: Good UI: easy to use and nice to look at. The resume parser works great, and avoids us a lot of manual input. Very flexible: lots of customization options are available. Custom career page: one of my favorite features is the career page builder, it's really easy to use and customize. Price: really competitive pricing and easy to scale, start with the first plan then upgrade once your database reaches the limit.
Cons: I wish there were more templates for the branded & custom resume generator. The current ones are useful and works well but I would like to customize them a level further.
Overall: Very easy to set up and good value for your money. The competitive price actually doesn't mean lower quality. There are a lot of tools and they mostly feel very polished. The development team is also adding new features and integrating new job boards regularly so it really fells like the platform is growing.

Pros: I learned to use the platform in around 30 minutes, then had a demo call with the support team to go into the more advanced features. Good database management tools and candidate profiles that include everything from social media to past communications and internal notes, etc. Good candidate recommendation and scoring tools that save us a ton of time when screening candidates
Cons: No big complaints, we wanted the software to allow employee referrals but this was added a few months back. The only thing that I hope they add is more career page templates. The current templates look good but we would like to have something a little more complex without having to code it ourselves
Overall: Very good to centralize all recruitment channels, gather candidate profiles and store them for future use. It's also easy to integrate with Gmail so no more need to change tab to write a candidate an email.

Pros: Well organized interface, easy to use and customizable. The advanced search and AI recommendation are great to search in our database. Collaboration tools between team members and hiring managers. I was also charged to build our career page, it took me only 20 minutes to get to a good looking result.
Cons: A great addition would be to be able to text candidates directly on their phones. This is not a deal breaker but would make our life a little easier.
Overall: We've been using the platform for over 4 months now. It was very easy to implement and get everyone started. Overall I can say it really has helped us improve our general efficiency and keeps all our work well organized.

Pros: Very good customer support.
They are open to suggestions from customers.
The platform is user friendly and easy to understand.
Holds all the tools needed to run a recruitment operation.Cons: Some glitches can occur when creating branded resume, depending on the format of the candidate's resume. I would also like more languages added for the UI, especially for the career page as it is now in English and Spanish only.
Overall: We digitized our recruitment processes using this software. It has eradicated all paper applications, helped harmonize and centralise all of our recruitment operations. Communications between the recruitment team and the hiring managers has also greatly improved leading to a more efficient hiring process for everyone. Given it's price tag, I would say it's a must have for all HR departments that still don't have a recruitment solution.

Pros: There's a functionality for our every step. I especially like the sourcing tools and the social media feature (saves me time trying to find candidates' social media accounts). The job & candidate matching also saves a lot of time, and the career-page is much better than what we had before.
Cons: I run a graphic design company and am a graphic designer by trade, so I would appreciate more options to customize the interface but I understand that this is not the main purpose of this platform. Other than that no complain, the software does what it advertises.
Overall: A very good deal. The ATS is as comprehensive and as detailed as any of the expensive ones, but at a more budget price.

Pros: It's very easy to use. I'm not the most tech-savvy person so I'm grateful for the simplicity of it all. I like the candidate profile display and the automated candidate-to-job matching. It also works very well with the job boards we use. The support team was very helpful to guide me and my team during the first few days, and they are always reachable via live chat.
Cons: No big complaint. The in-app tutorial only covers the basic features so it took me some time explore everything. Some extra career page template would be nice. Other than that it works very well.
Overall: It's a very nice little software. It has everything we need, and even a few features that we still haven't explored yet. Very good pricing as well.

Pros: Very intuitive and user friendly

Tons of tools that will save you time like the resume parser that eliminate the need to manually type candidate profiles or the recommendation tool that scours your database for the best candidate for a given job description. The career page builder is also extremely simple to use: in a few minutes you'll have your custom career portal up and ready to receive applications.Cons: One area I think could be refined is the one click job board posting. The system works well right now but the ability to share jobs to more free and paid job boards would be a great addition.
Overall: Gave the free trial a shot since it seemed like one of the more affordable options on the market. I was not disappointed, the software is very complete and customer support was both helpful and very responsive. Once recruitment starts picking up and the need for an ATS comes up, this will be my go-to.

Pros: Easy to implement: simply log in from your browser and upload your resume in bulk. They will be parsed and candidate profiles created. From there simply customize the platform to your needs and invite team members. Their support team also provided a full training session to make sure everyone was familiar with all the tools. The software is very complete and offers tools for each step of the recruitment process. My favorite is the AI recommendation, which selects the best candidates from our large database after simply uploading a job description.
Cons: SMS messaging to candidates and more templates for the career page are two points I think should be added in my opinion. Other than that we are very happy with the software.
Overall: We selected, implemented and now use the platform to hire. It helps in many ways like keeping everything organized and everyone synchronized. Getting everyone to use it was also very easy as the interface is quite self explanatory. So overall we are very happy.
