Pros: Manatal is similar to other ATSs on the market, but it's more feature-rich and straightforward. There is minimal time spent getting up to speed because video tutorials outline how to use each feature. We've had nothing but excellent experiences with the company's customer service team, who have always responded to our questions within minutes and provided us with free training.
Cons: Some parts of the mobile UI are definitely desktop legacy, making it challenging for larger fingers like mine to hit the small buttons.
Overall: Overall, the tool's performance exceeded my expectations. That's the kind of international recruitment tool we've been seeking for. It's simple to advertise openings, track candidates, screen resumes, and recruit.

Pros: You can connect Gmail to Manatal so that all of your emails are saved there. As someone with minimal technological abilities, I was able to set up our customized career page in about 10 minutes thanks to the site's intuitive interface. Includes more tools than we use, and they keep adding more. If the documentation and video guides aren't enough, you can get free training whenever you want.
Cons: At the moment, you can't search for candidates in our database using both boolean search and filters. They're split into two search tools.
Overall: The best hiring software I've used. On other recruitment platforms, even simple actions might be performed in complicated ways. Everything in Manatal is just a few clicks away, and the interface is easy for most people to understand.

Pros: Simply put, it's quite easy to use. Lots of room for customization in terms of adding fields to candidate profiles, changing CRM workflows and/or recruitment phases, and establishing brand-new application forms for our company's career page. Everything you need is available at Manatal. For advanced analytics, I can download the data and play around with it in Excel, and the reporting side of the platform is comprehensive enough that I can spot opportunities and bottlenecks directly from the dashboard.
Cons: So far, the only thing I've said is that the career page should be available in more than one language. At the moment, it is only available in English, which is fine for most candidates but can present challenges for others.
Overall: It's great if you're seeking for a software solution that takes care of both recruiting people and running commercial operations.

Pros: The number of applications we get has gone up a lot since we can post to 15 different job boards in just one minute. When it comes to headhunting on LinkedIn, the Chrome extension works brilliantly. The AI actually works when it comes to scoring candidates for a certain role. This cuts down on the amount of time we have to spend on screening when we have a lot of profiles to go through. One of the reasons we chose Manatal was because we could invite our clients to work with us on it at no extra cost. It lets us keep all of our communications with clients in the platform, which has helped us respond faster to candidate feedback and other things.
Cons: More options for customizing the portal our clients utilize. The portal does its job, but we want to give it a look and feel that matches our brand.

Pros: The system is designed to be easy to use and comes complete with everything that is necessary for the recruiting process. When compared to Manatal, the other two platforms we tested at the same time both had overly complex user interfaces. It was well worth the price we paid.
Cons: Although we would like more say in how the career page appears, we must acknowledge its remarkably straightforward design. Now that we are managing our career page in-house, rather than outsourcing the work to a freelancer, we are able to save costs.
Overall: Because of Manatal's robust feature set, including AI candidate scoring, ease of use, and reasonable pricing, we decided to adopt it as our application tracking system. Results so far have exceeded our expectations, and the implementation within the team went perfectly.

Cons: My level of dissatisfaction is at an all-time low. Another way of putting it is that I am a satisfied client. There are several features that we don't use at our company but that other companies or groups could find useful. Manatal's administrative menu allows us to selectively activate and deactivate features, so we can set up the system to best suit our needs.
Overall: From initial sourcing to ongoing team and client communication and collaboration to report generation, this software shines at every stage of the recruitment process. Our company finds it to be an excellent fit.

Pros: Working with Manatal has been a great experience for our team. It looks good and is easy to use. We have reporting tools that we can find bottlenecks, figure out which channels work best, keep track of how well recruiters are doing, etc. It only takes five minutes to launch our career page.
Cons: I'd love to see a way to contact candidates through WhatsApp while keeping everything in the application.
Overall: No one used our previous ATS. The UI was terrible, and setting up the "career site" needed technical know-how, so we never used it. After migrating to Manatal, our recruiters' motivation to use an ATS (which was nonexistent with the previous platform) increased, and our hiring process became more efficient.

We can always make sure we don't spend too much. It has some of the fastest response times of any software support I've ever dealt with. Instead of just reacting to our suggestions, they truly pay attention to what we have to say.
Cons: There is nothing further to say. Manatal has proven to be a great service despite a few brief outages, which only lasted a couple of minutes on average.

Pros: I used to spend a quarter of my time copying and pasting data from one program to another, but now I don't have to. Now I can easily recruit on LinkedIn. The UI is fast and simple to use. I enjoy being able to share candidates with clients in Manatal directly. When we first heard about it, we were a little skeptical. But after we tried it out, it just makes it so much easier for us to work together with them because there is no longer any need to send them candidates, notes, feedback, and so on via email.
Cons: Things like the possibility to move our company's logo to a different spot on the career page would be beneficial.
