Pros: Amazing support provided to genuinely partner with us in the design and implementation stages. Really clear about what is in scope and able to be achieved.
Cons: Very easy to navigate, but as with any new system did take a little bit of time to adjust to different set up and flow.
Overall: Second time I have introduced Qjumpers to an organisation, and really happy to have been the sponsor for this. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an ATS to support their recruitment and talent pool functions.

Pros: From an end user perspective, the transition to QJumpers from our previous ATS has for the most part been a seamless experience. Our users have reported that the interface is intuitive & easy to navigate, with some stating that the implementation has resulted in a faster more efficient recruitment process.
From a Technology standpoint , not only has the platform integrated well into our complex HRIS environment, but we also found QJumpers as an organization very responsive to our design needs, often at times requiring collaboration between our two organizations. Commitment to deadlines was managed well and we found their communication to be excellent.Cons: At the time of writing, insightful reporting is a little on the lite side, however that said we've just been made aware of the roadmap which will include a rich set of highly valuable reporting tools and metrics. This is not actually a con but will further advance what is already a market leader in its segment.
Overall: QJumpers is a progressive organization with a hunger to be the market leader in its segment. And it shows...not only for its intuitive & easy-to-use platform, but also through excellent onboarding of our business through their customer success support. Thier technical support is some of the best we've encountered in this space. The feedback loop, communication and project management are highly regarded and has been one of the best integration experiences we've had for a long time. Both our end users and technical teams have welcomed QJumpers into our technology stack.

Pros: I have used QJumpers software as a job applicant. I found the forms easy to fill out, the questions were all relevant to the role I was applying for and all drop down and multi choice form functions worked exactly as they should. It was simple to attach CVs and other supporting documents and I was sent a confirmation email immediately which made me confident that my application was completed accurately.
Cons: No cons the software was excellent and the application process was simple.
Overall: Great program, streamlined the job application process. Would be excellent if more companies used this system!

Pros: - We really appreciate the support we get from the team at QJumpers, in particular Annette and Kate. They are always very responsive and helpful.

Pros: Having the ability to managing applicants, and to see the success when we have hired someone even with a short number of applicants applying.
Cons: Senior leaders are looking for more in depth reports.
Overall: QJs is a good system. It covers our needs at present. As indicated above, looking for more reports - latest request was for me to establish how long a time frame from when an applicant is green flagged to a phone interview. As there is always the doubt that HR take too long, but I am finding we can turn over the this process in 12 - 24 hours average, I just need the proof.
