Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Amazing support provided to genuinely partner with us in the design and implementation stages. Really clear about what is in scope and able to be achieved. From an end user perspective, the transition to QJumpers from our previous ATS has for the most part been a seamless experience. Our users have reported that the interface is intuitive & easy to navigate, with some stating that the implementation has resulted in a faster more efficient recruitment process. From a Technology standpoint , not only has the platform integrated well into our complex HRIS environment, but we also found QJumpers as an organization very responsive to our design needs, often at times requiring collaboration between our two organizations. Commitment to deadlines was managed well and we found their communication to be excellent. I have used QJumpers software as a job applicant. I found the forms easy to fill out, the questions were all relevant to the role I was applying for and all drop down and multi choice form functions worked exactly as they should. It was simple to attach CVs and other supporting documents and I was sent a confirmation email immediately which made me confident that my application was completed accurately. - We really appreciate the support we get from the team at QJumpers, in particular Annette and Kate. They are always very responsive and helpful. - The system is very intuitive and easy to use, it also has some great functionalities. Having the ability to managing applicants, and to see the success when we have hired someone even with a short number of applicants applying. Cons Very easy to navigate, but as with any new system did take a little bit of time to adjust to different set up and flow. At the time of writing, insightful reporting is a little on the lite side, however that said we've just been made aware of the roadmap which will include a rich set of highly valuable reporting tools and metrics. This is not actually a con but will further advance what is already a market leader in its segment. No cons the software was excellent and the application process was simple. - The reporting - Ability to track candidates from a D&I perspective Senior leaders are looking for more in depth reports.		Pros from Real Users Pros Workable makes it easier to integrate and connect with our website; It helps us filter the candidates more appealing to each job opening; Adding teams to work together is the main feature for us; Awesome way to create forms; Very intuitive. Managers, even with limited tech backgrounds, could easily navigate the system with little help. I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it. Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information. Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process. I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV. Lastly, it kept updating our college with other candidates who applied. Workable is a best hiring platform. Automated tools helps in hiring best candidate for our company. Streamline the process.
