Pros: Jusnote brings our client matters, billing, invoices, and payment tracking together in one structured system. We especially value the clear overview of payment statuses and the ability to export financial data for reconciliation. The interface is intuitive, and our team was able to adopt it without a complicated implementation process.

Cons: The reporting and workflow customization could be more flexible. We still use spreadsheets for some detailed financial analysis, so additional report options, custom project statuses, advanced filters, and automated reminders would make the platform even stronger.

Overall: Our experience with Jusnote has been very positive. It helped us replace a fragmented spreadsheet-based workflow, reduce manual administrative work, and gain better control over both legal matters and finances. For a small law firm, it offers a strong balance between functionality and ease of use and has become an important part of our daily operations.

Pros: Billing, court tracking, project management, invoice drafting, financial accounting, company reports.

Cons: Not always quick reaction of the support team, interface slowdowns in the web version.

Overall: Great product that allows you to manage your legal practice, keep timely records of time spent on client tasks and invoicing. Definitely convenient for small teams (up to 10 people).
