Pros from Real Users Pros Love having our legal case management software and projects all integrated with Filevine's new, upgraded, cutting-edge AI products (Lois Console, Lois for Word, Outlook) Ease of use; natural language comprehension and output; taking 30-60 minute tasks and turning them into 5-10 minute tasks I like that it's very easy to use and FV is constantly coming out with new features and upgrades to fix any bugs, etc.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Jusnote brings matters, clients, tasks, documents, time tracking, billing, and team collaboration into one workspace. The interface is clean and easy to understand, and the system is clearly designed around the actual workflow of lawyers rather than being a generic CRM adapted for legal use. I especially like the matter management, document organization, time and billing tools, and the ability to control access for different team members. Jusnote brings our client matters, billing, invoices, and payment tracking together in one structured system. We especially value the clear overview of payment statuses and the ability to export financial data for reconciliation. The interface is intuitive, and our team was able to adopt it without a complicated implementation process. Billing, court tracking, project management, invoice drafting, financial accounting, company reports. Cons Some advanced features and integrations are still developing, and there are areas where additional customization and automation options would be useful for larger law firms. However, the product is improving regularly and new features are released quite frequently. The reporting and workflow customization could be more flexible. We still use spreadsheets for some detailed financial analysis, so additional report options, custom project statuses, advanced filters, and automated reminders would make the platform even stronger. Not always quick reaction of the support team, interface slowdowns in the web version.
