    "Great law practice software, great company, excellent value"

    Pros: Smokeball does well all of the things I, and many modern law firms need including trust accounting and management, automatic time tracking, document templating and automation.

    Cons: 1) Our onboarding process was managed by an external contractor and it was problematic. It's my understanding that Smokeball brought this in house; 2) We were required to finance our three-year contract up front which is a departure from how we are used to paying for monthly subscription services.

    Despite those challenges, I'm glad we adopted Smokeball and I do not see that it has any true competition.

    Overall: Overall the experience has been great and I regularly recommend Smokeball to other attorneys. If you want a modern law office without building a custom solution this is the right product.

    "The best software I have used"

    Pros: This is a robust one platform access to all essential tools, process management , macro and micro analysis of our practice, and integration with other software allowing for ultimate cloud based organization. Continued product development and ease of access to training allows for growth and continued evolution of efficiency. It is truly a work from anywhere solution that allows you to control and evaluate overhead while providing a more uniform and reliable service for our clients.

    Cons: I truly only regret I didn't start with this software and had to go through the process of onboarding existing cases which lacked many of the benefits of being worked by a system like Smokeball.

    Overall: This isn't just a software I purchased. This is a partnership with a software development firm that assists me in getting the most out of all of our employees and deliver the best service and ultimately the best results for our clients. Ultimately, we make a lot more money and have bettered our reputation for quality of our services.

    Pros: I like everything about Smokeball. I use it daily. I have been using Smokeball for over 2 years and don't see myself using any other program.

    Cons: There is nothing that I can think of that I do not like.

    Overall: I Love it! If anyone was to ask me about Smokeball I have to say it is easy to learn, the staff is always available to assist if we have a question.
