    Pros: The usability and flexibility of this ticketing system are excellent and that motivates the users to use it.

    Cons: Not available as an app on Microsoft 365.
    Not available as a mobile app.

    Overall: A great ticketing system with a special focus on users and a vendor with an excellent customer support.
