Pros: The features, seamless design and multiple integrations are a huge plus for Go High Level. Any amateur like myself can go ahead and create a company and begin with their affiliate almost instantly.
Cons: The support team, although friendly (except as of my most recent experience) seem to understand very little of what you need help with, as if they have less knowledge than the new user on how the site even functions.
Overall: My overall experience was "okay" at best. I am grateful for the knowledge gained from using the software however, it was my several calls to their support team that provided me with very little insight nor did they seem to have any knowledge of basic CRM tasks/functions that I inquired about and each time I called required them to place another "ticket" to resolve my issue. Its very like that I would still be using their software if they had just educated their support team on the program they expect us to pay for.
