HeadRail is browser-based sales, service and CRM software for window-treatment dealers. Reps can photograph rooms, select products, record measurements and create quotes using dealer-configured manufacturer price books, markups, size limits and minimums. Dealers can prepare multi-room proposals, collect signatures and record deposits. On eligible plans, illustrative previews show selected coverings on a customer's window photo, and a website visualizer captures quote requests. The CRM organizes leads and follow-ups; teams can track manufacturer orders, installations, installer calendars, repairs, remakes and warranty tickets. HeadRail supports Stripe payments and QuickBooks Online synchronization. It is designed for independent businesses selling blinds, shades, shutters and drapery through in-home consultations and related service workflows.
