    "A Chat feature that actually helpful!"

    Pros: My absolute favourite way to get help on GreenRope is from the Chat feature.
    The people that provide the support for this feature are so helpful, knowledgeable and not judgemental.
    I get helpful tips every time, my issue is usually resolved quickly and I can actually understand how they were fixed and implement those changes into how I do things.
    I'm on a massive learning curve here, I'm not a computer guru, but this team, the Green Rope Chat team, they make every day a whole lot easier.

    Cons: It's taking longer than I would like for our GR website to get up and running. I really need my website to maximize the effectiveness of GR.

    Overall: With Green Rope, I feel like I matter, like my business matters and my satisfaction matters. I really love that.

    Pros: Enjoyed great support to a problem on a SUNDAY and VALENTINE'S DAY!
    Wasn't sure my email would get a response given the "day" but it did and Alex took my problem on and provided great technical response, patience in getting it fixed, dedication in getting it fixed, and in a very timely way. I felt great confidence that the problem would be solved for my needs that day and it was!! Excellent service .. polite & professional engagement.

    Cons: Sometimes he runs through things a little quickly, but he will always go back over things if needed.

    "GreenRope Is Exceeding My Expectations"

    Pros: GreenRope has a very rich feature-set, making it possible to achieve great results with minimal or no need for third-party add-ons. The pricing model, which is based on the number of contacts, is not only very fair, but puts the software within reach of smaller businesses. The fact that pricing includes unlimited users means you can engage your whole team without breaking the bank.

    There is a required setup fee, which includes a number of discovery and training sessions. I really view this as a positive. GreenRope staff are keen to understand your processes so the system can be configured to yield maximum benefits for your business. This very reasonable investment has already paid for itself many times over and saved a substantial amount of time.

    Cons: Initially, the system might seem a little overwhelming because it can do so much. It is quite different to many other CRM's I evaluated over the past 6 months. However, with some persistence, it becomes very easy to use and you end up discovering a real goldmine.

    Overall: My experience with GreenRope has been very positive and rewarding. From my initial sales inquiry with Diana, to my first training session with Ian, the staff at GreenRope have been incredible to work with. You feel like you're an important part of the GreenRope community, not just a number. And as for the CRM, I really don't think I could be much happier. No software is perfect, but for my business, GreenRope ticks all the boxes.

    Pros: The communication was good and I am thankful for recording. I do wish it was more clear in the help site, especially during this time when webinars are so vital to business continuity. The CRM is a very good product for us and would love to have input into users experience for enhancements.

    Cons: Hard to find answers without booking training sessions. Love to see more white papers on features.

    Overall: Great. We appreciate our Green Rope team and support. GreenRope is vital to our clients, communication and business process.

    "A system that lets us show our clients we care"

    Pros: Greenrope's dashboard is great because it gives me a snapshot on what is happening right now and notifies me on what needs to get taken care of right now. For instance, what phone calls do I need to make this morning or what events I need to prepare for in the afternoon. It also keeps track of what other employees are doing and how close they are to finishing current projects.

    Cons: I would like to see Greenrope have the ability to print greeting cards from my contact list and mail them.

    Overall: Gives me an up to the second picture of who is interacting with me from email reads or website clicks. From this we can find out which webpages and content is most important for our clients. We can also look at what webpages work for a client and what drives them to make an appointment.

    Pros: Ian did a really great job walking us through items that need to be completed in order to build out our processes. After each training Ian assigns is work to complete which is a relief so we know what to be focusing on. We’re really excited to continue learning the about GreenRope and how it will make our company successful.

    Cons: There is nothing that I don’t like! There is a lot of information to learn but that is a good thing.

    Overall: Overall experience has been great. Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming but that is only due to how much GreenRope offers. We understand it will take time until we have completely adopted and are comfortable with everything GreenRope offers.

    Pros: Easy to use. Great, scratch that, FANTASTIC chat support. GreenRope is intuitive and well organized. The product allows several departments to either have their marketing kept as an internal document or shared with other department. Great dashboarding.

    Cons: Nothing major, it does have a learning curve, however with a short internal training, our team was able to create documents quickly.

    Overall: Overall experience is positive. It is easy to use and easy to learn. The support to users through the chat feature has been excellent.

    Pros: We're in the process of setting up our system and there are a lot of moving parts - which can make it confusing to integrate and activate with our current technologies. Ian not only knows his stuff, he's very good at explaining it.

    Cons: I think I'd like to see more overview / top-down information at the beginning of the process.

    Overall: Very very good. As I mentioned above, Ian has the system expertise as well as the ability to communicate it effectively.

    Pros: I asked very specific questions and Ian was able to show me exactly how to handle them. Plus, he threw in a little marketing strategy regarding emails.

    Cons: Too short - but he's going to offer me another hour and I'll be back with more distinct questions. The more I use the software the easier it gets to navigate!

    Overall: Good training because he was showing me real-time exactly what to do on the screen and addressed all my questions as quickly as he could.

    Pros: - Very flexibly and clutter-free. You only use what you want to use, nothing else.
    - Everything from lead generation to website analysis can be integrated with the tool.

    Cons: - Owing to the plethora of features, it can be daunting to get used to and also create bugs from time to time.

    Overall: Any business at the tip of a major growing streak needs to invest in communication and management of its daily tasks. GreenRope does an excellent job at that.

    Pros: The interface is clean and easy to navigate. With many features that you can access easily, the software lets me easily keep track of all my clients, contacts, vendors and resources. I am able to create, revise and save email messages that I use again and again.

    Cons: It's a bit of a learning curve to master all the capabilities but well worth it once you get used to the program.

    Overall: It's more than just a CRM system and more than an email program. It's very versatile and useful. I use it and always recommend it to folks who are looking for something to help them work less IN their business and more ON their business.

    "All-in-One Solution with Extremely Helpful Team"

    Pros: The team at GreenRope is excellent. They listen to our problems, questions, and conundrums, and they always have great advice and helpful tips. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to work with people who fully listen and work to understand what it's like to be in your shoes. The software does everything we need it to and I appreciate the ways that it can be customized to fit our unique needs. Our salespeople have found it easy to use, and we have had good buy-in across the team.

    Cons: I think the email creation tool is a little clunky compared to others I've used. Sometimes using images is not a very smooth experience. Previously, we have built HTML emails in an external design software and imported that into an email builder, but that is not available with GreenRope.

    Overall: I would highly recommend GreenRope to others, especially small-medium sized business who would strongly benefit from having an all-in-one solution. Instead of spending an arm and a leg for a CRM and an automation solution (like Salesforce + Pardot), GreenRope has everything included as well as infinitely more helpful staff. GreenRope clearly cares about helping their customers.

    "Greenrope: An undervalued CRM Solution for small business that delivers"

    Pros: After comparing Greenrope vs Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho etc, and having used Mailchimp and other email softwares, Greenrope is an affordable way for us to stay in touch with people, track their activity and our interactions with them.

    Cons: Lots of features means lots of details to be addressed, some of which are not as intuitive as could be. That said, once you watch their help videos, the developers address things well (and are helpful with workarounds to make things fit our process)

    Overall: Really, really good software that continues to help us customize solutions for professionals helping people in pain to move well.

    Pros: GreenRope has been very plug-and-play for us. We signed up, imported our contacts and started work right away. We were able to easily systemize our sales efforts and use the tracking capabilities to make sure any member of our team is able to pick up with a lead at any point.

    Cons: Nothing major. There are a few features we don't use due to the small size of our company. It does exactly what we needed it to do, though.

    Overall: We've enjoyed using GreenRope and recommend it. Other offerings required either a lot of administration that we don't have time for or had other up front costs that were prohibitive.

    "Flexible & Powerful while Easy to use"

    Pros: Pricing by total active users is great. The ability to create unlimited groups within a larger organization, and have many separate administrators for each group included is nice. Controls to manage visibility of contacts, features and permissions can be set by one or two power users. Then the role of administration of weekly bulletins, emails and automation could be comfortably handled by non-technical staff with a little bit of orientation and training. Great tools for sales automation.

    Cons: Some of the custom theming did require experimentation and a good knowledge of html and CSS. However, the video training and knowledge base was excellent, and the live chat support if you needed help was outstanding.

    Overall: Very powerful CRM: there is a learning curve to discover all the features. Once setup, it becomes routine and easy to use by non-technical administrators. The online live support is excellent.

    "The complete operational solution"

    Pros: Comprehensive capabilities to manage our entire customer journey from lead generation to marketing automation, website traffic analytics, opportunity management, customer project management, invoicing, and customer service (surveys, help tickets, etc.) I can now manage my entire operation and team from one dashboard.

    I also appreciate GreenRope's commitment to customer success. They have a comprehensive and PROACTIVE on-boarding program that has sped up time to implementation and allowed us to digest the various functions of the platform in a thoughtful and phased implementation process.

    Cons: While this is ultimately a wonderful problem, the sheer volume of functions GreenRope is capable of makes it a bit daunting to get started! I have no doubt that the investment of time up front will pay dividends.

    Overall: GreenRope is an excellent solution for any organization that is looking to increase efficiency, improve visibility and streamline operations. As a start-up software company that has grown organically, we found ourselves operating in silos and using multiple pieces of software to manage projects, lead flow, and order fulfillment, etc. With one piece of software, GreenRope has allowed us to integrate all components of our operation and, as an executive, I have real time visibility into my team's daily updates and activities. We are now maximizing our sales efforts by capitalizing on the contacts we've amassed and building a cohesive marketing strategy with automated drip campaigns, social media integration, and webinars. My team appreciates operating from one dashboard and the reduction in manual processes (and follow up from me:) around day to day customer service and project management. We are confident we can not only improve our internal operation, but our customer's experience as well.

    After a comprehensive review of solutions on the market, we were pleasantly surprised with GreenRope's extensive capabilities at a very affordable price. After eliminating several subscriptions, we find ourselves at a net savings in software spend as well!

    Pros: We've been using GreenRope since 2014. Our company has gone through many ups and downs since then. GreenRope has been there to help us. At times we grew and needed more... "THEY GAVE US MORE"! At times we down-sized and they helped us sustain. We never once felt we were doing this on our own - always feel like we are part of the "Greenrope Family"!

    Cons: There is always something to improve - nothing is ever perfect. We communicate a lot through use of e-blasts. Although the process of drafting emails has come a long ways it could still be improved or made easier. Also editing pages on our website isn't as intuitive as it could be.

    Overall: We love GreenRope and their team. They strive to continue growing their technology and staying ahead of the curb. This all-in-one product has been the back-bone of our company for many years and we hope to work with them for many more years!
