    "Orchestration engine "

    Pros: Robust, can be customized, low code with lots of integrations, fits all levels, comes with pre build integrations and capabilities, very modular.

    Cons: Customization cost is fairly high, so need to take out of the box functionality - which at the end is good enough based on Genpact best practices.

    Overall: Amazing performance improvement once the new processes are set in place. Lots of training and best practices change, good training and support.
