Pros: None. Other programs on the market provide this exact same service and they manage to do it better, and far more ethically, than Flexbooker. We chose Flexbooker originally because of the ability to schedule very incremental time slots, but now that is a common functionality anywhere.

Cons: Flexbooker will charge you their annual fee on a monthly basis, lie to you and tell you that they're "working on" a resolution and a refund, and will then effectively ghost you while continuing to steal your money. There is no way to remove your credit card information from their platform on your own. There is no way to cancel their service on your own. They are unresponsive. Their posted phone number does not work. They will not provide you with a working number to speak to any human people. The only way to contact them is through their online chat or support email. Both of which are answered by the same three people. If you ask for someone else, a different department, the accounting team, a manager, etc. they refuse to provide any other contact information by simply ignoring the request. They are a fraudulent, predatory, scam of a company. We are going to have to go through our credit card company to stop them from stealing our money and hopefully get a refunding of the FIVE YEARS worth of subscription fees they have charged us in the last five months, even though our annual subscription was already paid. Absolutely, 100% DO NOT USE THEM.

Overall: We used Flexbooker pretty reliably for several years. While key features of their tool were always broken, buggy, or lacking simple adjustments for ease of use - the tool was functional for what we needed. However, in 2025, their billing and support went off the rails. You never could access your invoices/receipts through the tool - that feature was broken for years. I reported it for years. They advised it would be fixed for years. It is still broken to this day. If you are someone who needs your receipts/invoices for accounting purposes - you won't get them from Flexbooker.

But, charging us our annual subscription fee every month for the last 5 months is wild. They have continually told us they are going to fix it, that we will see a refunding in "2-3 days", etc. But they've done nothing but continue to bill us. I don't know what happened in 2025 that removed the integrity and ethical practices of this company, but please do not use them. They will steal from you and make it impossible for you to cancel or mitigate the issue unless you go directly to your credit card company and file a dispute.

Pros: FlexBooker has a ton of features and (for lack of a better word) flexibility. The price is also really reasonable for what you get.

Cons: FlexBooker is plagued with numerous technical issues and a support team that seems stretched very thin (it appears to be comprised of just 2-3 people) and hardly ever follows up with tickets.

Overall: Can't recommend FlexBooker at the time because of the aforementioned technical and support issues. Will be looking for another alternative.

Pros: FlexBooker makes it a breeze to use your online portal to accept bookings. They save a lot of time and make it way easy for customers to get an appointment.

Cons: Sometimes customers call because they want to verify that the appointment time was saved properly through the software. Which means double the calls.

Overall: Overall FlexBooker is great. They just make things much easier when it comes to our bookings. FlexBooker is a must if you don't have a lot of phone answering staff.
