    Pros: Very easy to deploy and start infrastructure and application discovery.
    Agentless discovery.
    Multi Cloud and On-Premises discovery.
    Application dependency mapping and mapping between Applications and Business services.

    Cons: The GUI looks a bit outdated.
    NetFlow/SFlow configuration may not be accepted by some companies.

    Overall: Overall I have a great experience with Faddom product and team. They're always available to help with their expertise either prior to the project as also during the project run.

    Pros: Agentless and therefore light touch.
    Relatively simple setup.
    Reasonably priced.
    Good tech support.

    Cons: Tech support was not 24x7.
    Our time zone (Australia) meant that tech support was only available outside our working hours. So typically it resulted in next day response for us.

    Overall: Our use case. A customer with a complex AWS and On-prem environment with multiple AWS accounts and multiple VPCs.
    Our task. AWS Network transformation from all VPC Peering to Transit Gateway.
    Faddom was used to discover and identify application traffic patterns, to reduce risk during network changes.

    Pros: -Easy to use (simple GUI)
    -Easy to install
    -Great time support the product
    -Quick discovery
    -Requires less privileges compared with other discovery tools,
    -Certificates management tool is a very useful feature
    -No internet access needed
    -Low cost

    Cons: -Could require to modify virtualization networking configuration (Netflow solution)

    Overall: I like this tool and I recommend it if you need to perform a discovery in a virtualized environment.
