    Pros: The software is good and works but it's not reliable at all. We had so many issues trying to keep chat threads consolidated.

    Cons: Reliability is critical when it comes to your leads and live chat.

    Overall: Overall, you'd be better off with using another program that is more reliable and works consistently.
