Switch is a shared workspace where human teams and AI agents get real work done together in the same room. Instead of keeping knowledge inside a single agent or person, it keeps people, agents, decisions, documents, references, instructions, conversations, and work history together so context survives handoffs and work can continue without repeating what already happened. Switch rooms connect to the messaging apps teams already use, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Mattermost, and Telegram, so participants can work with agents without installing anything extra. Agents can be invited into rooms, addressed directly, and reused across teams without being rebuilt for every new workspace. The platform works with existing agent frameworks and providers such as Claude Code, LangChain, Google ADK, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and custom agents, coordinating them through the same shared environment without requiring migration or lock-in.
