Pros: I love how everything is very visible, it's easy to use, easy to learn and does what my small team (3 people) need to keep us on task. Part of our job is planning events and we have developed a great process for that, and can duplicate the task lists from previous years to start fresh each year.

We also work on social media, so being able to easily submit a task from our email is huge for us in saving time!

Cons: Since ClickUp has been working on improving the system there have been some glitches here and there. Nothing huge has happened but it can be frustrating. I find I receive more errors now than I did before they decided to "improve" the system.

Overall: This was exactly what I was looking for to manage our small team as I was bringing on new team members. It has been great for me, easy for my team to learn, and I have even developed my onboarding materials all within CU to keep it in one easy to find location.

Pros: Very user friendly and allows us to track task completion. A great place for our team to collaborate and share files.

Cons: Updating existing templates can be a little tricky because you pretty much have to rebuild the template to update it.

Overall: ClickUp is a great way to ensure tasks are being completed efficiently. It's nice to have assignments, documents, and comments all in one place for our entire team. It also helps with accountability to ensure each team member is doing their part.

Pros: I love that as a user, it is extremely user friendly and straight forward. As a person that is very organized, this is the best application that I have encountered in my career thus far that allows an entire organization the ability to have eyes on everything that is going on in real time.

Cons: There have been a few times where the system was either slow or inaccessible, however support handled these issues in a very quick and efficient way.

Overall: My experience with ClickUp has been great. I would defineatly recommend to anyone who was looking for a set up such as this for their company. Very easy to use, easy to show others how to use, & overall well put together application.

"Goals" feature doesn't mesh with the design that well

Overall: ClickUp has been far and away the best task management app I've used. I've used it to implement a Getting Things Done (GTD) system for myself and it works flawlessly in that regard. The mobile app integrates seamlessly into the ways I use this tool: I typically add tasks the moment I think of them (so as to not forget), which is very easy to do from the mobile app. It's great to be able to see all of my tasks in different views depending on context. Overall the user experience (UX) of this app is just phenomenally designed.

Pros: Very dynamic and customizable for robust task management across many different applications. You can basically mold it into whatever you need it to do for you in this respect. The ClickUp extension and integration with chrome for gmail is awesome.

Cons: The notebooks (docs) feature isn't quite as dynamic as say Notion, but it's definitely still a value add. It's not as intuitive to know where the docs get stored and how to access them. Sometimes ClickUp gets buggy.

Overall: For complex work flows and task management for a solo-practice or for a firm, ClickUp offers an affordable, robust and user friendly option. Plan to take time to get familiar with ClickUp's features (like any app) and you'll have a lot of power at your disposal.

Pros: In this current work-from-home culture, ClickUp is the most productive project manager tool currently available in the market. Its interface is clean and easy to understand. The onboarding process with the team was seamless. Also, it provides real-time updates on project progress and analytics.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like on this platform is the customization options.

Overall: It's an excellent tool, which helps you in project management, team collaboration, project planning and task automation. Also, it has a very shallow learning curve which helps you in the fast onboarding process.

· You can share files in each specified task
· Users can comment on every project

Cons: · Notifications tab in the dashboard is a bit messy.

Overall: ClickUp has been my project management tool for one of my clients as a freelancer. This helped me to be efficient to plan ahead for my tasks and be effective in my work as clients are able to provide feedback to my project while at the same time be able to have access to it right there to the app. It has been very helpful for me to have a clear plan on what projects should I prioritize and what should I set a side for a while.

Pros: ClickUp is used within our organization to manage all the projects carried out in an organized way and promote the participation of the parties involved with each project. It is effortless to access and keeps all our tasks organized. ClickUp has tools and functions that greatly facilitate workflows, team management, task distribution, and more in a single platform.

Cons: At first, we found it a bit confusing to create projects and tasks because of the many features that can be included.

Overall: ClickUp has been effective in solving problems, especially disorganization in the management of our projects; it provides us with many valuable features to collaborate and advance quickly in the accomplishment of each task without losing sight of the needs of our clients, as they have also become involved and have been able to track the progress of their projects. It has performed incredibly well and has been instrumental in organizing workflows and improving our project management. It is a very versatile tool that could be of great benefit to any organization, highly recommended.

Pros: ClickUp is a promising tool for work management ( You can manage tasks, projects, inbound-outbound communication and to-do reminders).
Deployment of new projects is very easy. With fewer headcounts, we are able to accomplish the goals in tasks. The onboarding on this tool was great.

Cons: Gives very little power for customization in tasks. The dashboard is filled with excess contents.

Overall: ClickUp helped us to move in the right direction for work management. It's very easy to use and I love that it also helps us to collaborate on the same board. Both design and interface are fantastic!!

Pros: I love ClickUp for its innumerable features that can benefit any company and its industry. It is easy to navigate, set up tasks, set deadlines and collaborate with team members. ClickUp has SO many features (much more than other project management systems I've seen) that make it easy to customize your experience in a way that works for your company.

Cons: Because ClickUp has so many features, it can be a little clunky at times and even lag a little. This con definitely does not outweigh all the pros of course!

Overall: Overall, ClickUp is a lifesaver for our company and helps us stay organized and on track with our goals. Highly recommend!

Cons: This is such a robust program, there is a bit of a lag between clicks which slows me down - I probably need a stronger computer and better internet connection to navigate through this seamlessly...
It's not as easy to move tasks around as compared to Dynalist

Overall: This is an extremely powerful program, that I hope to grow into in the future. It may replace several other apps I'm currently using (like OneNote) in the near future. If I can get past the lag issue, this will likely become the heart of my workflow (rather than my email inbox). I'm currently on the free version of the product and still getting a ton out of it.

Pros: It has a nice looking interface, I'll give it that. You can view tasks by calendar, list, or board. There's an option to set goals, which is nice. As with any software like this, you can assign tasks to specific people and set deadlines for them. There's also an option to keep certain things private and you do get to pick a color theme.

Cons: Please, stop holding the user's hand! Setting up anything in the app takes forever. I don't need everything to be a tutorial. It's a task managing app. I know how to use it! I don't mind some tutorial aspects when using an app, but this one really overdoes it. Likewise, setting up anything in general is very time consuming because each part of the process is a separate aspect instead of all on the screen at once. It's feels more like I'm taking a survey than setting up anything. I also cannot get the templates to work at all.

Overall: I wanted to like this, but I honestly just hated it. It's cumbersome doing anything in this, when other similar apps out there are very straight-forward and it tries to hold the users hands to such a degree that it feels annoying doing anything. I gave this a try to see if it might be a better option for my needs, but I certainly won't be switching to this over what I'm already using.

Pros: ClickUp is by far the most versatile project management platform I came across. My favorite thing about this tool is, its filtered search to get the right result from search without navigating or manually searching. Construction of the projects is easy to execute remotely.

Cons: Rarely ever found any difficulty on this platform.

Overall: By far ClickUp is a versatile tool that allows extensive project management to work ease from remote. Its user interface is super easy to navigate. Overall, ClickUp is a great tool. Go for it.

Pros: ClickUp helps to accomplish every project as well as tasks faster than before. I love the fact every team has a separate board for their tasks. On the positive side, it's a very easy and high performing project management platform. Tracking tasks is also easy.

Cons: To do tasks and alert does not apply to this platform.

Overall: Our overall experience has been great, with being able to track and search projects. I also liked its interface. Overall, ClickUp is a great tool for any size of project management and also for team collaboration.

Cons: The project board is not really powerful. Good for small businesses.

Overall: Workload chat helps us a lot. Using this chart we can who is overloaded with work and to whom we can provide more task. Advanced filters saves energy and time. Multi task toolbar. Secure and reliable software. All at one place. Best project management tool.

Pros: #1- The user interface and design are the best about ClickUp.
#2- ClickUp is also available on mobile platforms.
#3- it gives reminders, prioritized task dashboard and deadline alert.

Cons: #1- Nothing too much to dislike about ClickUp, but the mobile app doesn't give a seamless experience.

Overall: We loved using ClickUp. Its user interface and dashboard design is the best manager platform we ever used. It collaborates our take and provides an automated way to work.

Pros: Ability to set up groups/domains. Ability to assign and schedule task due dates. Ability to add attachments and comments.

Cons: The GUI is a bit busy, there is a lot going on. The software is a bit overwhelming at first with the sheer volume of options (not bloat).

Overall: The ClickUp team has built a top notch product that has many features which are time saving and keep us on task/track. The scheduling is particularly helpful with email reminders. My wife loves to delegate tasks to me (and you can add your image/avatar to the system). We've been using the product for over the past year. The biggest issue is actually staying focused on the to-do items. To actually go into the system and see what you need to do. Adding notes about the status of tasks has been extremely helpful particularly when there is a resolution that is not readily apparent.

Pros: Great tool that has a lot of options to be able to set up to fit how you'd like. Lots of colleagues like it but I prefer otherwise.

Cons: Just seemed a bit difficult for me on how to set up and customize in comparison to other platforms.

Overall: Overall it's a great platform to use but I didn't feel like i had the time to be able to commit to tailor it further.
