"Workflow Management Made Simple " Posted 2022-10-06
Pros: Easy to use
Customizable while maintaining low complexity
Easy to adapt as you learn and grow
Good aesthetic
Good variety of templates and workflow views to make it easy to play with and maximize the valueCons: Having the same list open in too many tabs can sometimes cause issues
Overall: It was a great tool to start with and has only grown better with time. Everybody's work is a little different, and ClickUp makes it easy to learn and adapt as you go, with plenty of best-practice resources to help you help yourself. Like many tools of this kind, you can't be afraid of trying new things or starting something over to make something that works better for yourself and your team. I also love the aesthetic, which adds to the joy of getting things done!

"ClickUp review" Posted 2022-10-06
Pros: ClickUp has helped us to improve our team functioning and keep track of our project follow-up.
When looking at some basic tutorials it's easy to useCons: - you can easily get lost in the different levels if you don't think very well about a structure before getting started
- if you use it very actively (but maybe not the most efficiently) you can sometimes lose track of all your to-do's if you don't think about a good way for yourself (which can be different for every person)
- we have a paying option but are still limited for some basic options in my opinion (e.g. more than one automation, timeline view)Overall: Very good and useful tool but some support in using it might also come in handy to make sure you use it in the most efficient way.

"More value than my e-mail programm" Posted 2022-10-06
Pros: It s really easy to use. You'll learn how to use it by working with this tool. It keeps my reminders and project plans where you are able to show dependencies between tasks.
Cons: I miss the week numbers in the Gantt view, and it would be nice if I could view weeks that are blocked (vacancies, for example) in another color in the Gantt views.
Overall: The best project tool I've used in the last 18 years. For me, it works better than Trello for example.

Pros: This product eases my work process by automating things, organizing process, and reminding me of the things not yet done.
Cons: Time tracking sometimes has issues when I need to extract a specific date range. I have to refresh and repeat the date range as it did not follow the correct range.
Overall: This product is highly recommended as this give solution on my daily tasks to do with step-by-step process. It helps the whole team to communicate and give updates on the status.

"ClickUp Just Clicks!" Posted 2022-10-06
Pros: It's a very user-friendly system with a knowledge base that sets up its users for success with informative, very well-made videos.
Cons: I have to admit, there aren't too many cons. Many things I run into are usually user errors or my computer vs ClickUp. However, occasionally files struggle to upload, and the mobile version is steadily improving in functionality (6 months ago, I would have had a different opinion of it). Love ClickUp!
Overall: It makes my day so much easier, and we run so many projects - it's important to stay on top of it all. ClickUp makes communication effective and efficient and streamlines projects with its intuitive features.

"The most feature oriented task organizer app to date." Edited 2022-10-05
Pros: It includes some features that are hard to find in other task management systems, most importantly for me: start dates, tags, subtasks, and actionable comments that are encapsulated within tasks (without cluttering the system).
Cons: There are still some crucial features missing (reminders, some android widgets, and the web app is a little slow), but the rate of progress of this app is astounding. And even as it is today, it's still one of the best task management apps.
Overall: It's hard to condense into one paragraph all the goodness of ClickUp. But if pushed, I'd say that my favorite is the top-level list view in the system.

"ClickUp has cut overwhelm and increase " Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: The ability to customize the organization of our businesses with ClickUp is brilliant and the custom fields are a game changer. I've used at least five of the top business organization tools. ClickUp is the one we have stuck with. I really do enjoy getting things done. The ability to be able to create documents has made being productive faster as we don't need to keep relying on google its saved that extra step, which sounding small has made things simpler.
Cons: If I was to try hard really to find any criticism at all. I would say that it's got a lot of features which I've felt has been a bit of a learning curve for me, however, really the ability to customize is really part of ClickUp benefits so I'm not sure that's really a downfall at all.
Overall: I really do love using ClickUp, setting up dashboards, and showing how work is distributed really makes business smoother and more streamlined.

"Awesome tool" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: There are lots of nice features, views, and ways to handle information. ClickUp is generally very flexible and lets you keep track of a lot of things in a variety of different ways. You can use multiple lists and manage items from one list in others. The flexibility of custom statuses is nice, and the ability to assign items to multiple people is very nice. I also like that you can connect GitHub/GitLab and your commit message will appear in the ticket if you add the ClickUp id to the commit!
Also, the free capabilities are very nice!Cons: Pages don't always refresh in real time to reflect changes made, managing multiple lists can get tricky and annoying if you forget to think of items "physically". One item lives in one list, but you can also *add* that item to other lists so it displays there, but it still lives in that original list, so if you move an item to a list instead of "adding" it, it can be easy to lose track of that item.
Also, ClickUp has a remarkable upselling system for free users, and you won't know what something costs or even what your limitations are until you suddenly are going beyond the limits or trying to do something you didn't know you needed to purchase access for.Overall: ClickUp is a great tool for managing tickets and keeping track of who needs to do what when. I love the options it provides, and I'm glad that my company is paying for a subscription now because the limitations are invisible and many. I really love using ClickUp, and I'd love for it to get more popular!

"The best tool for project managment" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: Other than Jira for example we can store also docs in one place which is really cool. The design is also great and easy to use.
Cons: The product has a lot of options for customizing the flow and board but it might be a bit too complicated to set up a nice workflow in one click.
Sometimes the app gets stuck.Overall: Easy and nice to use if you already have setup the correct flow. Much better than Jira, whole team loves it!

"This is the management app I've wanted for years" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: The ClickUp team has thought through every angle of their product. The solution is structured, but flexible. You can modify windows, create templates and configure ClickUp to be exactly what you need it to be. Or, you could just use their Templates and base features and be completely supported. I work in Product Management, so I'm very critical of applications, but these guys have built something I can't live without. I tell each of my colleagues about it.
Cons: Being 100% honest here... I can't think of any cons. I have little nit-picky things (like I wish you could organize the Documents section, better) but frankly these aren't valuable "Cons".
Overall: I've tested over a dozen team management, project management and product management tools, and ClickUp is clearly superior. It's rare to find something this thorough.

Pros: Flexible! It's powerful enough to do what I need but simple enough to not overwhelm me. ClickUp is intuitive, so it's easy to train my team around it.
Cons: It gets bogged down pretty quickly and the reporting tool could be less buggy.
Overall: I recommend it to everyone I know!

"Very versatile software" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: The software is very adaptable to a variety of uses. Has a nice clean interface and reporting structure. It has the ability to be a project managers or small business owners best friend.
Pricing structure is very fair for what you get.Cons: It takes a little bit to get to know the program and adapted to your application. Although there are a lot of resources available for learning needs.
Overall: I use it as a daily tool for all my project planning, work requests, scheduling, daily and reoccurring tasks and planning calendars.

"One size fits all" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: Product - good features overall, easy to understand, and manage. Variety of templates and:
UX - simple to navigate
Mobile version - definitely handy for a lighter use
App for Windows - works perfectly
Browser version - nothing to report works properly
Features
Tags - love them, easy to use and manage
White board - helps a lotCons: Improvements rather than cons:
- Raid log template would be a nice to have (if it's there I'll check it again)
- Gantt view grouped by week (e.g. 4/5 cells in a month)
- possibility to export into Excel (we all are using ClickUp to avoid Excel but sometimes we need to go back to it)
- guided process to help someone not expert start building and using it; with particular regards to the fact that most users have the excel structure implemented in the head, they're starting with it.
- print function in the Gantt view could be more than just a print screen (header, footer, zoom in or out) or differently could be specified.
- time reporting: would be nice to know per project the time spent from a PM perspective ( this helps for timesheet or invoicing). Different from having a time column for a task
- Wording/naming convention: is not clear sometimes the difference between space, project folder and list - see guided process to start a projectOverall: One size truly fits all, whether you need something simple and light, up to a more complex and structured PM software.

Easy to use if you have already knowledge of project management, but might take a bit more if you are not familiar.
Good variety of templates, assigning tasks and other "typical" tasks.
I have the feeling I'm just using 5% of the total potential of the product, probably some tips or or a virtual assistant would be nice.
I'm using this software to support some minor projects so can't say much on the use into a team.
Can't comment either on embedded functionality or extensions -

"ClickUp helped us give our team the day off!" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: ClickUp helped us easily switch from Monday.com. It's been something that's helped us run our business much more efficiently.
Cons: The only thing that needs some work in my opinion is the mobile versions. Things that are easy to see/find on the desktop app are not as easily accessible in mobile.
Overall: We love ClickUp. The first week using it we were able to give our entire team of employees a day off. They all had Friday to spend with their families or doing fun stuff and as an employer that felt great.

"Best productivity Tool for project management!" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: - phone app to make quick reminders and tasks on the go
- Integration with outlook for tasks
- I see the huge potential for project management
- Love the lists and follow up tags that can be added
- Customer service and listening to your clients feedback is the best!!Cons: - still need a clean functional gantt chart, similar to Smartsheet that is easy to use. ClickUp is still too much and hard to figure out.
- wish you could customize the titles under "My Work" to suit our needs better... similar to Asana.
- Wish the "doc" was set up in folders like Microsoft to easily find a document by category to edit etc.
- Still overwhelming and I feel like I am not using it to its full potential. Would like to get ride of Clockify and its reporting and use ClickUp, just don't know how.Overall: Overall, I love this app. Switched from Asana and also tried almost everything out there. This app works and I love the cross over to my phone and tablet. It allowed me to manage and push work to an employee with ease. Would definitely like to see a better Gantt project timeline feature.

Pros: It’s real-time updates is ideal for businesses/organizations of any size. It also helps increase productivity. The time tracking features and estimations help me take note of deadlines and estimate when I can finish tasks.
Cons: The user interface is overall confusing and overwhelming for first timers.
Overall: I love using ClickUp and it’s ideal for the tasks we have at work. I would recommend a workshop on how to use it to avoid feeling overwhelmed

"Easy to Customize" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: ClickUp is a completely customizable tool that my business (virtual paralegal for multiple attorneys/law firms) uses for project management. We are able to make ClickUp match exactly what we used to track on paper. It allows everyone on the team to see the status of each task, who is working on the task, add comments, and schedule due dates. Being a visual person, I also really like that I can make our ClickUp structure in different colors!
Cons: New setup (adding a new attorney and new clients under the attorney) is not as intuitive as I would like . Also printing seems to be a challenge.
Overall: Overall, ClickUp is a great product that fits for our business. I can't think of any business that would not benefit from this product due to the customizable nature of ClickUp.

"Reliable platform for seamless collaboration" Posted 2022-10-05
Pros: Dashboards are a great help in tracking projects and presenting data. We really love the custom fields in the Task Views for in-depth recording and dashboard analysis. Other features are equally useful for managing team output and tasks such as Forms, Docs, and Automation. The automation helped us transact our operations faster and better (we use it for reminders, too).
Cons: Slow loading of data in dashboard widgets. Line graph in the Dashboard widgets can't be grouped per month based on completed date. Users can only analyze data in line graph by month based on created date. If you plot your tasks for the whole quarter in advance, the data will be grouped under the month you created it, not when you finished it.
Overall: When we introduced ClickUp as our new productivity and collaboration tool in our company, we know that we will be facing bigger challenges on adoption and integration. To add, we were also implementing our information security management system (ISMS), and on our way to get our ISO 27001:2013 certification. ClickUp made it so easy for us to track and monitor our ISMS implementation. Now, our company’s management system is ISO 27001:2013 certified and 4 of us are verified ClickUp Power Users!
