Pros: The platform is really user-friendly and the support function is usually really responsive and helpful. Like how things are always being improved.

Cons: Our account manager has frequently changed and finding out who we need to go to for a billing query has been quite difficult.

Overall: The use of the platform has been great but the customer service element from our account manager has been seriously lacking.

Pros: Importing and allocating tasks, many useful views, the ability to organize tasks in multiple aggregations.

Cons: I haven't noticed, actually i don't use many features.

Overall: Easy & nice to use. I use this application partly, only some of my tasks, It is one of few tools used in my organisation.

Pros: º The capacity and comfort of work is amazing, I like how I can have a perspective of the projects thanks to the Gantt charts which I have a timeline and all the tasks that must be executed within a project until its completion time . This gives me peace of mind and order by being able to have everything under control without having any setbacks and if I have everything, it can be readjusted to continue on the go.

º By logging in I can count on basic things that allow me to see the current status of the projects such as the tasks carried out and tasks that must be carried out on that day. It is comfortable and simplified to have everything in the beginning in a summarized way, but I would like to be able to customize it even more, including having the ability to choose which section I want to go to automatically when I log in with my user, but I will give more details in the negative points on this section.

º I love having the ability to keep track of all the tasks in a project, as well as being able to have reminders for specific tasks if I wish. This gives me more control when deciding how I want to complete my tasks by being able to work calmly without having notifications overwhelming my concentration. In addition, being able to assign a task is very complete because it allows me to prioritize an entire ordered structure on the different roles of each employee involved in a project.

º One of the functions that has been most useful to me is being able to have an extension for Google Chrome, it allows me to do several things without having to enter the website, use the desktop application or the mobile application. It's fascinating to be able to track a project as well as take screenshots and send them through the plugin. Not only that, you can also use commands with Alexa to be able to have reminders, as well as review tasks and some notifications, and I can also perform the same actions through Outlook and thus have my email synchronized with this platform.

º I can manage multiple projects within this platform and be able to have the status of each one at my start, it is essential to have this feature since I can manage several projects without waiting to have one on top of another or look for other platforms to do other projects, having to thus adapt to other functions and other characteristics. It is very comfortable how this platform organizes everything for me so that I don't lose sight of every detail of each project in which I am involved.

Cons: º The mobile application both iOS and Android are a bit clumsy and incomplete, this is disappointing since when I seek to have a multiplatform application I would like platforms like this to be complete and both the web, desktop and mobile versions to be complete for so you can have the ease of having everything at any time and on any platform. But with the ClickUp mobile app, it's incomplete in a number of ways that means I have to be able to manage projects and tasks on my desktop or laptop.

º I would like to be able to choose what the home screen will be each time I log in to my account. It would be more practical to be able to have that facility of being able to choose whether I want to enter a list directly or start managing a project as soon as I log in to my account. I say this as a problem as sometimes I have to wait for everything to load before I can decide what I want to manage and it would be more practical for me to be able to leave the feature I use the most by default for ease and accessibility.

º I would like the tasks to go beyond the subtasks, such as having subtasks within the subtasks, this would be more practical by wanting to detail the tasks more deeply and thus have everything more organized. When I talk about practicality it is the best when I can have the freedom with features like this as I can create tasks with more details that help me and the employees complete the tasks more easily.

º It would be nice to be able to suggest changes to the documents without the need to edit them. Like other platforms such as Office Word or Google Docs which can suggest changes without actually making changes, this is convenient when working collaboratively and you don't lose the content of the document by making simultaneous changes, but it would be better that within the document there should be a section of suggested changes according to X user, in order to also be able to identify who is the one who proposed the change.

º A good function is that it has a good synchronization with the Google calendar, so I can have my agenda more in order without having to export and import everything manually, but simply have to log in with my Google account and everything from my calendar appears in ClickUp.

Overall: It has been an essential solution for managing projects remotely for my company. It has been possible to satisfactorily track all the times used within a project and thanks to this platform it has been possible to orchestrate the workers and their assigned tasks so that there are no setbacks when meeting established deadlines and thus having optimal performance. . This platform was one of the best I could have used because thanks to its tools I was able to solve the communication and organization that was so needed within the company, thus being able to have more control when it was necessary to work optimally. With the help of daily task management, all established deadlines could be followed and met in record time without losing the meaning and order that was needed. With ClickUp I was able to easily manage a large number of tasks, projects and workspaces remotely and in an orderly manner.

Pros: So attentive and supportive, even though we are a pretty small organization. The team listened to my questions and gave suggestions and support

Cons: ClickUp can be overwhelming to new folks. I love it and I still have to coach my team through using it.

Overall: ClickUp is wonderful, intuitive, and have so many capabilities. There are also so many new updates and revisions to make it better and better.

Pros: It is a platform with millions of essential options for our work team and to achieve good work coordination, with this we have achieved good work planning through the calendar and a panel of activities that has allowed us to maintain communication, good exchange of tasks and excellent work time management that adequately coordinate what we must do has become simple and practical to carry out. It allows us to keep track of milestones and activities, putting a magnifying glass over the entire activity route, correcting errors, and perfecting the work so that the final task is always impeccable. It has given us the possibility of coordinating the work, distributing the workload, and synchronizing the completion of projects with the entire work team. ClickUp is undoubtedly the push we needed to form a much more solid and fluid work, maintain labor management Actively and correctly supervised and the planning of projects and work administration among the entire team, well distributed and in working harmony. In the same way, it has a prevention and prioritization system that has been a plus for our work and to always maintain active supervision of everything we are doing, as well as the creation of detailed reports that give us a complete evaluation of current work projects.

Cons: Within the various aspects that ClickUp must evaluate, only a couple have been inconvenient for our daily work. The interface is neither comfortable nor intuitive, that is why it took us a while to adapt to the platform and its work methodology, with this we had to adapt to a platform that offered us all the tools we needed, but that did not have a very customizable interface or with the right place to have the tools we needed at hand; however, this was not an impediment to start working. In the same way, the learning curve is quite high, we had to invest time, money, and dedication to be able to adapt our work to a new system and that everything would fit correctly so that it would not be an impediment in the workflow. We got what we needed from the platform, but it did require effort to be able to adapt and customize the platform to what we needed.

Overall: We wanted a platform that would allow us to coordinate our work among the entire work team, and this was only possible with ClickUp, although it allows us to unite various work areas on a single platform, truly achieving united and efficient work. where we link each task in a single project and with the purpose of working in a coordinated manner, in this way we evaluate the progress in a single rhythm and carry out various projects at the same time, in this way we have been able to work collaboratively and without a doubt be able to offer better service and quality for each of our customers. The results of this have been incredible, at first it was difficult for us to get along, but once we achieved it, the performance and work productivity was being effective, we reached our goals, and each member of the work team is much more comfortable working with clear purposes and with a 100% quality organization.

Pros: ClickUp is more than reminder program. It truly helps our team to set up work priorities and not to miss any important events/projects.

Cons: After 2 year experience with this site, I have no complaint.

Overall: Great tool to use in a small company. I would recommend this site to anyone who needs to manage projects.

Pros: It is customisable in the extreme, with enough pre-existing structure to not be too complex. We rely heavily on ClickUp for our daily project management, flicking between multiple projects constantly. The record keeping and subtask setting allows us to make not of things without needing to just individual remember stuff, which is nigh on impossible with the volume we deal with.

Cons: It does periodically go down for no apparent reason. This is very inconvenient as we rely so heavily on it. There are also some minor bugs (some automation rules causing syntax errors when leaving comments due to tasks moving, attachments not always working, subtasks not always being displayed after being created) that sporadically pop up. The reporting and graphs also rarely seem to work as intended, meaning while it is good for project management, it's not particularly useful for team management.

Overall: Our business would not be the same without ClickUp. It enables us to work more efficiently and with greater agility than anyone else in our industry. The way we have it set up is exactly what we need, and it's allowed us to work on a vast number of projects with a relatively small team. However, there are occasional faults where it just doesn't work at all, happening a few times a month normally. With such heavy reliance on ClickUp, this is hugely inconvenient.

Cons: Occasionally glitchy but less so over time.
Can be time consuming to use but worth it for the organisation it provides.

Overall: ClickUp is an excellent tool for day to day task management and project management. It has allowed our company to collaborate better and have much improved team organisation and visibility.

Pros: Easy to use and to adapt to your own needs. The are plenty of tools you can use to improve your day-to-day work.

Cons: All the flexibility it has a as pro sometimes makes the software less efficient and poorly robust. In this case, I'm comparing ClickUp with Jira. I know they are not the same, but Jira is more professional but less malleable and vice-versa.

Overall: From my own experience, I love using ClickUp. I use it for my personal organization and every time I'm learning new features that makes everything much easier.

Pros: Nice for tasks that involve multiple people. When one person has done their part I can see that they’re done and know I’m good to step in.

Cons: Would love to see some sort of messaging platform incorporated

Overall: Great for keeping tasks organized. Great for seeing progress of your team members. Overall worth it.

Pros: Easier to use than Asana! I have so much to get done in the day and I can organize all my tasks and share with my team.

Cons: I wish there were more options to have group connectability.

Overall: ClickUp is great for people and team who have processes that require step-by-step completion by differing team members.

Pros: The way that it helps with my team’s organization has been great. Color-coding tasks and being able to assign to team members is helpful.

Cons: I’ve found it difficult to integrate with other apps.

Overall: It’s helpful but sometimes is just an extra task to do. Some of my team members don’t like using it because they already know what they need to do without using ClickUp.

Pros: Keeps my teams projects very organized. There is never a question what point a project is on with click up. The customizable options, and the way that things are streamlined and very user friendly. I also really enjoy the way I can communicate with other team members through click up.

Cons: I havent had any cons to the product. I really enjoy the functions I am able to use

Overall: I really enjoy clickup and think that it is a great product, and is super user friendly. This has helped my team significantly and we are able to stay on top of projects

Cons: Sometimes, ClickUp has a lot of break downs and that cause troubles in our daily works.

Pros: There are so many pro’s with using ClickUp that it would take forever to write down. All I know if you purchase this product you will not be disappointed. So many great features and very easy to use.

Cons: I have been using this for over two years now and have not found one con about this product.

Pros: The ability to customize the workspace is unrivaled by competitors without additional coding, integrations, and headache. We get exactly what we want without having to jump through hoops.

Cons: We have had some moments where a doc or task disappears, and that can be frustrating. Each time, ClickUp Support was able to recover it for us within the business day.

Overall: ClickUp actually does what everyone else claims to do. The platform is not just storage for tasks and project details - it's a fluid, flowing system that allows us to get more work done. My team is empowered, and my clients are impressed. Our annual revenues are reflective of the investment in productivity.

8. Subtask creation - can create subtasks under main tasks to further divide the work and keep overview of project scope clear & uncluttered
9. Workload view - can see how much work is being assigned to each person on the team
10. Mobile app offering - can use their app to do almost everything you can on a desktop, really impressive how well done and well synced the mobile version is

Cons: 1. It's too good to be true?
2. It's so good to be true that we may stuck on it forever?

Overall: After comparing with similar platform types, we decided on ClickUp and we still have no regrets! ClickUp has the most sophisticated and yet easy to use set of functions and views that help with team coordination and task organization that we were able to find in the market at the time that we were assessing project management tools & software.

We have been using it for half a year and are still going strong!! In fact, we love ClickUp so much we've shared it with other startups and founders at Y Combinator. When we scale up, we are sure to scale together with ClickUp because they helped us out at this early stage of starting out.

Pros: I really like the flexibility ClickUp offers. I can customize just about anything, from custom fields to automations, from mindmaps to white boards, which means I can do just about anything in ClickUp that I need to do for my business, for sales & marketing, for personal reminders, etc.

Cons: The down side of the customization and the sheer volume of tools available on the platform is that it is easy to get lost in all of the bling! Also, it is not the fastest platform out there by any stretch. This is probably their greatest hindrance.

Overall: ClickUp is a great platform to do project management with, task management, salesflow management, HR management, financial management, goal setting, and more. It is powerful enough to allow you to do just about anything you can imagine there. If you are giving it a try for the first time, my only encouragement is to approach it with a "Less is More" mindset and only activate what you need so as to make sure you keep your focus clear as you use it.
