Pros: If you like being a master of organization, ClickUp is your new friend. This platform is designed to maximize your productivity while trimming down time. When used correctly, ClickUp can and is the most beneficial tool to help you stay on track. It's colorful. It's easy to use. I can't forget to mention how awesome their customer service people (yes, you, Shaq!) are.

Cons: This year we lost a few folders and templates during a time a lot of users were complaining of tasks and files disappearing. The support staff was helpful.

Overall: I literally recommend ClickUp to people in passing. It is probably my most used app at this time. :)

Pros: The ClickUp product is very convenient and well structured. I use this product on a day to day basis and it's great to use.

Cons: The ClickUp product sometimes in my day to day use, I experience bugs/delays.

Pros: The two most things I like about ClickUp is the ability to efficiently track tasks in a project and the ability for two different companies to share the same lists.

Cons: Very good all-in-all, but sometimes the UI glitches.

Overall: Lovely product to use. We used to use Excel to track our tasks which became a pain once we started growing. ClickUp allows us to track (and assign them) as well as have a common area where we can discuss the project, attached files, etc.

Pros: ClickUp has become such an instrumental part of our event planning process! It has reduced the need for the many check-in meetings we held in the past. We've increased our efficiency and transparency to projects/events so all team members can find everything relating to that specific item in one place. I love the ease of use and I still learn new capabilities I can utilize every week!

Cons: Some features are lacking common organizational aspects, such as being unable to sort Docs into folders for a cleaner appearance or having subtasks inherit the filled in custom fields from the parent task. I hope to see these implemented in future software updates.

Overall: I've had such a great time learning about and using ClickUp in my work. I switched from a notepad to-do list and excel files to a comprehensive solution that has changed the way I work. I really can't say enough good things about ClickUp!

Pros: It has all the features I can need, it's really organized and helps me manage every single one of my projects, no matter how different they are from each other. I have from boards to calendars and can even see the workload of my team with a simple click. I just love it!

Cons: Some of my teammates speak only Spanish and we don't have tutorials or introduction videos to show them so they can familiarize themselves with the tool.

Overall: Overall a great tool with infinite types of use and is incredibly easy to use. It helps us manage and organize everything.

Pros: I love having the ability to record all my task, prioritise them, add due data and completion dates for auditing purposes.

Having come to ClickUp from a competitor product with limited functionality, I have found ClickUp allows me to manage projects and task in a environment that is disorganised, the company I consult to does not has strong processes and tasks used to fall through the cracks until I started logging everything in ClickUp.

Cons: The 100 item limit in the demo was a pain, as it effectively froze me out of the system until I upgraded, but I'm glad I did upgrade.

Overall: ClickUp has enabled me to be more productive that other members of my team, which helps me shine! I use click up every day to track every task.

Pros: Really the most configurable on your needs compared with others like Asana, Trello, Monday, etc etc.
UI very intuitive, we learned to setup it and use it without any training.

Cons: Sometimes refresh takes a little more milliseconds

Overall: In our software we use ClickUp for everything, from task management to devices mapping, from order flow to HR organization, holidays, improvements, development, support and more.

Overall: I've tried pretty much every project and tasks management tool and eventually decided to move everything to ClickUp. I'm using the tools for the past 3-4 years and love how they keep improving the tool capabilities.

Pros: Easy to handle and manage tasks. Adding the comments and the files to the activities is a great plus to support the understanding of the task.

Cons: If by mistake you close a task or you switch the status it might be difficult to find it.

Overall: In general I think is a great tool with some improvement areas. Using the tool is quite easy and logical, makes easier to solve the tasks.

Pros: ClickUp has a very thorough set of features and functionality that make the product easy to use and help make my work more productive on a daily. The first and foremost is that the structure and hierarchy of spaces to folders, folders to lists, lists to tasks, and even tasks to subtasks and checklist makes it a very flexible project management and task software. I don't always know the exact way I want to set and organize tasks, so the number of levels makes it easy to not get bogged down setting up tasks from the start and the flexibility in moving subtasks to tasks is great when I decide to change things up. The dependencies, extensive reminder options, and variety of views are great, and to be honest the UI is just downright aesthetic. The list of features that are usable go on, but to be honest the fact that it runs on a freemium plan makes it invaluable for students and those who might not have it in their budget to pay subscriptions for an individual account.

Cons: I don't think it's possible to map out dependencies in the mind map and the relations between each task can be pretty hard to keep track of for bigger projects, so some sort of visual for project dependencies (if it doesn't already exist) would be great.

Overall: Overall, I don't think I would choose any other project management software for my day-to-day tasks and big project planning; 10+/10 stars

Pros: ClickUp has views and capabilities that compare to and surpass all other project management tools out there. You want to view your data like Trello? Click the Kanban view and instantly your data is sorted and organized like a Trello Board. Are you more into Spreadsheets for some things? Click the Grid view, and you've got more cells at your fingertips than Bill has Gates. I have not found a work flow that doesn't work in ClickUp. The monthly cost for paid versions is pennies well invested, returning sevenfold in productivity and collaboration.

Cons: ClickUp is constantly solving all of my problems, sometimes before I can even think of what my problems are... It's so annoying. :)

Overall: I have been a steady user/evangelist of many project management tools over the years, including Trello, Monday, Asana, Salesforce, Jira, Evernote, and Smartsheet, to name a few. ClickUp is a one-stop, comprehensive, and customizable solution that covers what any users of the programs above would ever need. I use ClickUp on a daily basis, for work, and for personal things. The best part is that each of these spaces runs independently, and is set up differently, but are all brought together through the home screen so I don't miss a beat whether it is something from work or something from my personal life. I used to keep notes and files for projects scattered throughout various sticky notes, folder structures, notebooks, and Evernotes. Now it's ALL in ClickUp. Everything is there. No matter what device you're using, it's all there. I have converted several teams over to using ClickUp and have never heard a complaint from any of those team members because it literally saves their time and bacon on a daily basis! Once you've ClickedUp you'll never click back!

Pros: I love all the features, even for free accounts, and I absolutely see the value in the paid version. As a business owner, I use ClickUp to manage my team in my agency's tasks to keep everyone on schedule and all client work completed in a timely manner. I love the automation and the ability to duplicate spaces because once I set up a perfect space, I never have to do it again. I can just duplicate the original space and switch around names and users. It really makes everything so simple because each minute is precious when you're trying to grow and manage your business. I also have a few clients that use ClickUp and to see the way they set up their spaces is very intriguing. There is no "one-size-fits-all" set up in ClickUp. The customizability of every space is amazing. It means no matter how you think, you can have a space that fits your needs and personality.

Cons: Sometimes the system can be a bit slow and lags. For example, sometimes when I close a task, it can take a few minutes before the task disappears from the space. Or when I have a task that is set up to recur upon completion, it can take a few minutes before the new task appears. I understand that the Whiteboard view is also new, but that feature can be generally slow as well.

Overall: I've used plenty of other task management systems and ClickUp takes the cake with its features, price, and service.

Overall: I'm not sure how we managed our wedding planning business before ClickUp with just spreadsheets and email. ClickUp has transformed our productivity, allowing us to not only take on more clients but hire more staff with ease.

Pros: There is a lot of functionality and for a small business like ours, we can practically do everything except spreadsheets in ClickUp. We do project management, performance management, hiring, production management, design, management, and other stuff all within ClickUp. The value-to-price ratio is high, which is also pretty nice.

Cons: The only drawback for us is that the service can be a bit inconsistent. It doesn't happen that often, but slowdowns happen now and again and that does reduce our productivity a bit.

Overall: Overall, I would definitely recommend ClickUp for any small enterprise as it can cover all needs and doesn't have a high price tag.

Pros: Custom fields and views allow ClickUp to be tailored for just about anything. As someone with a defined project management framework, I was able to introduce a standard across the organization that makes communication with upper management so much easier. So much less friction between team members with this single source of truth.

Cons: Getting others without my experience excited about another tool they have to use is sometimes difficult, as our instance is highly customized and monolithic.

Overall: ClickUp has earned a pin on my taskbar. I start and end my workdays in ClickUp to receive and post project updates. I will never try to manage an asynchronous team again without ClickUp.

Pros: ClickUp had all the bells & whistles that most paid software platforms restricted until you purchased a subscription, for free. The ease of use, their step-by-step tutorials, and the option to enhance your experience (by choosing a paid version, if you really wanted to) was nice from a customer-perspective. I didn't feel rushed into accessing every feature they offered (and there are many!) because a "trial" was about to expire. All of the basic tools you'd need (and normally access throughout different software types) can be found in a single page!

Cons: I wish the "learning" curve was a little bit better, or more obvious. Perhaps a streamlined knowledge base that covered the most basic navigation or "how to" in the system? There really aren't too many cons, to be honest!

Overall: Each time I discuss work-related topics with colleagues or friends/family, who are on the market for software to enhance or improve their workflow, I always point them to ClickUp. It's one of my favorite 'free' subscriptions that I use frequently to keep myself on task. I can customize my workspace and ensure no details are missed--or enhance my workspace/workflow with other tools like a whiteboard or post-its virtually. It's great!

Pros: Easy to use, can take a multi-dimensional view on your tasks, great customer support, great for collaboration.

Cons: I have no comment on pricing and I have not used the paid features.

Overall: Would recommend.

Pros: Even with the free version of ClickUp, you can store virtually endless of things on it. I keep all of my instruments' user manual and tech manual and it's just a click away to grab all the information that I need. Spaces and folders are also amazing, so organized.

Cons: If you have "thousands" of lists likeI do, it takes a long while to load.

Overall: Great experience with ClickUp, continue to build up my maintenance list and schedule and it makes my life much more simpler. What's even better with ClickUp is it's FREE. Yay!
