Pros: It's amazing not utilizing a handheld device to call candidates I interview, Jabber is integrated right onto my computer desktop and I can easily call who I need to without providing my own work phone! I used it over fifty times daily to conduct interviews and the quality is always great.

Cons: Sometimes the application will close unexpectedly between calls I dial out, which is not an issue as the app relaunches without a problem.

While it rarely disconnects from the Jabber server, it does do a good job running quietly in the background. It is always handy by having a little sidebutton visible. Note that is seems like it interferes with other apps that use voice over IP, like Skype or Teams or the likes.
