Maintenance Care is a cloud-based CMMS and work order software designed for complete facility maintenance management. Every paid plan includes unlimited users, allowing technicians, contractors, and department heads to collaborate under one predictable rate. It gives facility managers an intuitive platform to assign tasks, track requests, and maintain operational standards across single or multi-site facilities with zero technical experience required. Built for staff on the facility floor, the mobile app lets technicians create, update, and close work orders on iOS and Android devices. Staff can upload completion photos, scan equipment QR codes for instant repair logs, and track task status in real time. Built-in duplicate request tracking automatically flags redundant submissions—such as multiple tickets for the same broken AC unit—keeping your work order queue clean as user participation grows. The software automates preventive maintenance scheduling based on calendar dates or meter readings to protect critical equipment and reduce unexpected downtime. This helps facility teams extend asset lifespans, control maintenance budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Centralized asset management stores complete service logs, equipment specifications, warranty details, and safety documents in one secure location. Visual reporting dashboards provide clear visibility into key metrics like response times, backlog hours, and labor allocation. Operations can launch immediately using our Always Free plan for core online work order tracking, or step up to flat-rate paid plans for complete system access and mobile tools. Maintenance Care is trusted by facility professionals worldwide across aviation, healthcare, manufacturing, property management, senior care, education, and government.
