CANDDi

Pros: * Its easily to create and customise streams (filters) to meet our specific business needs.
* Having the ability to add numerous users to ensure they have quick access to potential and existing leads.
* Our sales and marketing teams have the ability to see a visitors entire journey (not just the company but the individual) through our website directly from our Sages CRM & Salesforce which enables our sales team to tailor discussions.
* From a marketing perspective its invaluable to have visibility of not only where leads originate from, but also being able to track direct from emails, and e-mailshots etc.

Cons: Can't think of anything major but if I had to be picky it would be really useful to be able to sort list views by a column choice and not just by activity or session.

Overall: CANDDi is a fabulous sales and marketing tool which undoubtedly we would struggle to live without

Pros: The Canddi team provide excellent service, help and support. The data it provides for us is useful in my role.

Cons: Does what it says on the tin.

Overall: Excellent service from Canddi - and a great tool for work

Pros: Great range of products to help identify web users and drill down into their specific interests; instant reporting; one of the best support services I have experienced, nothing too much trouble, lots of help available, very quick to respond to need.

Cons: I don't think there are any negatives with CANDDI - I haven't experienced any so far.

Overall: Great service, great product. Had looked into other options but CANDDI offered - and has delivered - the best product and service, at the right price.

Pros: Helps us track what our clients are interested in and provides us with valuable insights into how they navigate around our site. Canddi also works with our BMS software to help us maximise sales leads.

Cons: I don't like the mobile version of canddi as much as the desktop version.

Overall: The Canddi team are friendly and helpful when I need to contact them and the software is great.
