About BillMyWeek
BillMyWeek is a browser-based invoicing tool for UK contractors, freelancers and tradespeople who bill by the week or month. Users save business and client details, set day or hourly rates, standard hours, overtime and weekend multipliers, then create invoices with dated work rows and calculated line totals. The app tracks draft, sent, paid and overdue invoices, shows outstanding totals, and lets users preview, download or (when email is enabled) send an A4 PDF invoice. Users can customize invoice colours and fonts, add a logo, and export their account, client and invoice data. BillMyWeek is currently free during beta. It does not calculate VAT or CIS deductions, so it is intended for straightforward invoicing rather than tax calculation or full accounting.
