Pros: AWS chatbot offers support for Chime and also Slack and it is very easy to setup. Similar to other bots with functionalities like chat and notifications.
Cons: The process to integrate AWS chatbot with other chat application is complex and sometimes cause issues, which can take hours to resolve.
Overall: Aspects of AWS can be managed by the chatbot. External APIs and Webhooks can also be managed using the chatbot. Information about the status of the cloud is also provided by the chatbot.
