Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros #1- It supports Slack, Drift, Microsoft Teams and other integrations. #2- The user interface is simple and easy to understand. #3- Easy to Configure platform. I really like how it is set up so a team can use it. Love how a central number can be used by a whole team. It's been super nice to be able to streamline our phone calls. It's reduced our answering significantly and reduced unwanted calls Cons #1- We had an overall great experience with this platform. The mobile app does not have a ton of features so it's limited. It was a little challenging to implement at first but once we figured it out it's been awesome.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Does not work. The poor service is not compromised.
