Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing at all for 10 years. I have never found any value in this service. I have never had good customer service. their pricing is too high. None identified at this time and from what I have seen there won't be anything positive to come in the near future. None that I have found. Cons Verification takes too long and the "safety Pros' have no clue to policy and procedure. Customer service is terrible. it takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone, then you get shuffled. the pricing is outrageous. if i could talk my customers to use another platform i would. Compared to ISN and Avetta which have their own flaws. Veriforce is the worse, bar none. It is in my case 10x the amount we pay for ISN and Avetta. However, if you ask a question or need support Veriforce will ignore your request. The people or AI they have reviewing your documentation have no idea what they are talking about. None of them have any safety training but will tell you how to change your document with 0 regards to how our client actually has us performing services. Their customer service is horrid. They don't even have enough common courtesy to spell a persons name correctly. Then when you say something about it you are ignored. They also make up fake "compliance" rules and ignore you when you point it out.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This tool suite provides data sheets and detailed information on electronic products and their cross references, component availability, up-to-date distribution and supply chain status and issues, current pricing, compliance requirements, supplier data and stability, part risks, product change notifications (PCNs), and more. Extremely fast to respond to requests for additional data, etc.. Can search for parts by part number, description, or parametric. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Cons Even with over a billion parts in their database I very rarely come up with a part without crosses provided. Usually takes a day for Z2Data to get back with the information I requested.
