Pros: Nothing at all for 10 years. I have never found any value in this service. I have never had good customer service. their pricing is too high.
Cons: Verification takes too long and the "safety Pros' have no clue to policy and procedure. Customer service is terrible. it takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone, then you get shuffled. the pricing is outrageous. if i could talk my customers to use another platform i would.
Overall: The verification team does not have experience and literally does not know the difference in JSA,JSEA,JSP,JHA. they will fail your program over one word not being exactly as they want it to be. the customer service experience is terrible. their mandated training programs are factually inaccurate in several instances. i have submitted actual OSHA regulations to them that they were teaching incorrectly and they still teach it that way.

Pros: None identified at this time and from what I have seen there won't be anything positive to come in the near future.
Cons: Compared to ISN and Avetta which have their own flaws. Veriforce is the worse, bar none. It is in my case 10x the amount we pay for ISN and Avetta. However, if you ask a question or need support Veriforce will ignore your request. The people or AI they have reviewing your documentation have no idea what they are talking about. None of them have any safety training but will tell you how to change your document with 0 regards to how our client actually has us performing services.
Overall: This has been a horrible process from the get-go. I will be billing my client, and if we lose the work we lose the work. It is ridiculous to be paying over 10K for this!

Pros: None that I have found.
Cons: Their customer service is horrid. They don't even have enough common courtesy to spell a persons name correctly. Then when you say something about it you are ignored. They also make up fake "compliance" rules and ignore you when you point it out.
Overall: It's a complete joke of a company that over charges and doesn't really provide anything of any use.
