	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Augmented-reality markup, crisp live video, cross-platform access on phones, tablets and smart-glasses, GDPR-compliant security, and one-click recording/ PDF export have all accelerated troubleshooting and knowledge transfer for our dispersed maintenance crews, cutting travel and downtime costs almost immediately. The seamless integration of VSight Remote into our workflows has been a game-changer. The real-time AR capabilities and ease of use have significantly enhanced our remote support and collaboration. This product is amazing. Very simple and easy to use. Just like using a phone, anyone can use it. I already satisfied. Cons Occasionally the session-start QR code takes a few extra seconds to generate, and the admin portal could surface deeper usage analytics, but these are minor quibbles and we remain very happy overall. There’s minimal to dislike. Occasionally, the quality of video streaming can depend on network conditions, but that’s expected. There is no optimisation with Zoom and WhatsApp conversations.
