Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - It is easy to install and set up. - All the feedback gets shown on the main dashboard. - The learning curve of the tool is quite low. - The load time is really low. Good tool for working on web projects and communicating what needs to be done between team mates and clients. -- Ease of Use -- Customizable -- Integrations -- Can be white labeled -- Ability to attach screen events and logs -- Automatic screenshot inclusion It's super easy to use for clients and our internal team. We use it to demo web designs as well as creatives for our clients. The tool is simple to use and easy to implement on a site. We like that anyone can provide feedback on the site. Cons Userback provides what it claims, there can be some improvement in the UI, but other than that everything is good. It's a bit of learning curve. You have to put some code into the site but it works. -- Would be great to have chat functionality. The button can be moved to a different part of the page, but we don't want to clutter the page with too many buttons, so we had to choose between Userback and a chatbot/Intercom/Drift. We use the feedback function but it's not interactive so it's not quite the same. There aren't currently any cons that I can think of. Userback is indispensable for us to manage client projects. We don't have any real concerns with how the tool works.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are using prewritten tests to do the research and started with 5 tests. Videos were delivered within 3 hours - so super fast. Transcripts are great. I really enjoyed using UserPeek because its user friendly and simple to navigate without any bells and whistles that distract from collecting user feedback efficiently! Setting up is a breeze. You can jump into testing right away. Super convenient! I also liked how quickly we got insights that allowed us to improve things right away without any holdups! The neat layout and smooth workflow made everything go seamlessly and stress free. Cons Handling of the highlight reel creation is not yet there. I found that one aspect of UserPeek that I wasn't too fond of is that it can sometimes take a bit longer than anticipated to locate participants for specific demographics. A situation thats quite typical with most testing platforms though worth noting if you're aiming at very particular audiences.. Apart from that hiccup for teams, with highly specialized needs. the overall process is fairly seamless and efficient.
