Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I find the app user-friendly, even for someone like me who prefers to avoid complex applications. I enjoy being able to reserve my desk and see where my coworkers are situated, which helps me avoid feeling isolated. The layout is straightforward and easy to navigate. I reserve my desk weekly using this application; it is truly straightforward. I particularly enjoy the mapping feature, which allows me to select my preferred seating and see who else will be present. I appreciate the ability to reserve desks in any of our offices, even when I am traveling abroad. This feature enables me to quickly ascertain who else will be present that day and which rooms are available. The application is quite efficient and user-friendly. Reserving a desk only requires a few seconds, which is advantageous during a busy day. I enjoy being able to see who has reserved which area and the timing of those bookings, as it aids in organizing meetings. It's also straightforward to determine if a desk is available or occupied, eliminating any unexpected situations upon my arrival. Cons The check-in requirement is something I dislike; it adds a bit of pressure. If I happen to forget to check in, I lose my desk, which has already happened to me twice. It would be beneficial if they allowed more time or at least provided a clearer reminder. To be honest, I do not have many criticisms; it fulfills all my requirements. I have utilized it on both my mobile device and laptop without any issues thus far. At times, the website indicates that the office is closed even when it is operational. I often have to refresh or reload several times to view the desk availability, which can be somewhat bothersome. It can be somewhat challenging to locate the precise desk at times, particularly when numerous common areas are displayed simultaneously. This results in a somewhat cluttered interface. The check-in process can be quite perplexing, and at times, I'm unsure if it has been completed successfully. While they encourage you to check in, there’s a lack of reminders for checking out, leading to forgetfulness.
