Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software is extremely easy to use, and has all the features pretty much any business needs to really nail their email marketing and automated emails. Cons There is no pricing on the website, so had to inquire with a fear of being sold to. That said, the team did not force me into any unnecessary purchases and gave me the best possible pricing for what I needed.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is easy to use; customer service responds usually within a day (10-hour time difference); bugs fixed in a timely manner. Cons One downside was lack of documentation for what should be simple tasks, which is likely to improve given the response received when I needed help. First-time mailings require human QA from Inwise. Had to wait a day (due to business hours and different time zones) to get my first newsletter out.
