Pros from Real Users Pros Good integration with QuickBooks desktop, solid support (shout-out to Patrick and Rose always helpful in the online chat). Been using for many years and still finding cool features for our users. For managers there's some great reports where they can monitor the productivity of the workers, etc. Great product to use when you get kicked off Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks online! Excellent customer service!!! I seem to connect with Patrick a lot when reaching out with questions. He is always super responsive and very helpful. I have been with eBillity for well over 10 years and their customer service wasn't always that great. But today, we had an issue with our QuickBooks syncing. While it took a while to figure things out, Patrick was super helpful and stayed with me until it was solved. Everything is working and I appreciated his helpfulness. Thank you, Patrick! He responds very quickly. Always asks questions to better understand and help me. If he cannot find the answer, he is humble enough to let me know that he needs to get help from his Tech Team. Out of the 4 years that I've dealt with him, there was only one time that I had to figure it out for myself I always get connected to Patrick right away. He fixes most of my sync issues and gets me help if there are any technical questions. The customer service for this company is THE BEST! Always response, they always find a solution. even if it takes them hours. This incident did not! The "chat with an agent" is a great way to get help. I chatted with Patrick today and he helped me with my issue quickly and easy. Got to the point, taught me a new item, both items resolved. Worked with Patrick. Great product for time keeping and the recent updates and reporting capabilities have really helped. I can see the company doing future expansions and adding features.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Connects with ASANA. Play button easy to use. Great dashboard for reviewing time tracked. Good customer support. This tracker is so flexible, and the integration with Remember the Milk is critical. It is easy to use both in the mobile and desktop versions. This a great Time Tracking app that helps me keep of track of what I'm working on across different clients. You really can't beat the price and there are some nice integrations, I use the Smartsheet integration specifically which is great. the data hierarchy has just the right amount of detail. exportable in several formats. allows multiple users. I can start tasks from existing tasks. the support is responsive and great. This company is big enough to get the job done but small enough to listen to each user's feedback. Cons Still young - more features and improvements to come I hope! Sometimes the wrong time entry will start running the time again, and rarely there will be duplicate entries. In addition, the Remember the Milk list will not properly translate into a TrackingTime project. Occasionally there are bugs and the interface changes pretty regularly which can get confusing to find stuff. Some of the other features I would like to start using aren't quick to figure out so I'm not getting as much use out of the platform as I could and would like to. The design of the app has a few small things I would change. But nothing major or anything that prevents efficient use.
