Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not sure. It seemed like a good program until we needed technical support. Cons I am a very dissatisfied Time Matters customer. If you have a choice between TM and a similar software company chose the latter. Customer support is terrible. My company has had a major problem with the TM software beginning prior to Thanksgiving 2019.
