TechSuite is a Windows + cloud SaaS that automates the repetitive parts of bench repair work. It bundles diagnostic, cleanup, malware-removal, and network-repair tools into a single workflow, generates branded customer reports, and pushes reports directly to Syncro and RepairShopr tickets. Built for computer repair shops, MSPs, and hybrid businesses. Tools run standalone at the bench or invoke from inside RMM scripting engines (Syncro, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Atera) for automated maintenance on managed endpoints — TechSuite is the prebuilt library of repair scripts that RMM engines don't ship with. Reacquired by its original founders in August 2025. Since then: dashboard redesigned, infrastructure modernized, AI report summaries shipped, 15+ core tools rewritten.
