Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We found SamePage to be a great way to apply communication and feedback tools for work collaboration. It provides us with functions including internal chats and video conferencing as well as an internal section for synchronising files of all kinds in the cloud. The most useful feature for our company is the task assignment function in the calendar that is shared with all collaborators. We find this program useful as it offers a full set of collaboration tools to create feedback between employees. It has chat and video call tools and various file sharing. It also offers the option of scheduling group calendars for scheduling tasks. It has a lot of features and you can use it across multiple platforms. You can make a spreadsheet or a text file in it, add images, create schedules and assign tasks, and make a mindmap for brainstorming ideas. You can organize everything into folders, which is nice and there's a board view for tasks. Samepage is an ultimate team collaboration platform. It helped to get everyone on the same page. - The user interface is intuitive and visually beautiful. - Easy to manage tasks. - Simple to set agenda and to-do work from the work planning page. - Collaborative group chat, and multiple task board builder. Samepage increases the collaborative spirit in the team. It helps to accomplish tasks faster with teamwork. On the positive side, it's very easy to send files, communicate and bring the team on one page. Ui is very appealing and user friendly. Cons It is disconcerting that the application does not have an automatic backup of the information that is transmitted through its meeting rooms that are deleted when there is interference of internet connection or unexpected failures in our servers and has made us lose important information of task assignments or attachments. As an unfavorable point we get that it does not provide an option of reservations or backups within the meeting rooms, causing that by some unexpected closure everything previously shared in that room is lost, which leads to a disarticulation of the scheduled tasks or important files already shared. Compared to the more popular, similar software out there, this one seems really lackluster. It has a lot of features, sure, but everything about it looks unpolished. It's nice to have a mindmapping feature, but this one looks like it was something designs from over ten years ago with how unprofessional it looks. I think that's my main gripe with everything about it--it looks dated and unfinished. There aren't many things I disliked about this tool. The message notification not reliably working for me.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Trello provides an exceptionally intuitive, visual Kanban board framework that makes tracking complex digital asset pipelines and task stages incredibly straightforward. The drag-and-drop card interface is highly responsive, allowing team leaders to easily organize custom labels, assign checklists, and set hard deadlines across distinct operational channels. The automation engine, Butler, is an outstanding feature for setting up rule-based card movements and trigger actions seamlessly. Trello is very easy to use and has a clean, intuitive interface. Our organization uses it to manage projects, assign tasks, and track progress. It helps the team stay organized and improves collaboration without requiring much training. I loved how easy it was to implement this platform. It was easy to start developing projects with it and it wasn't difficult to assign tasks from the first moment of use, so I can assure you that it has an intuitive interface. Its panel is very customizable, so you can organize the view of the projects without any limitations, allowing you to manage different projects with different tasks at the same time in the same main panel without losing the sense of follow-up. All the follow-up happens in real time, so it is not necessary to wait for updates or have someone on staff to report the status of the projects, so you could say that this work is automated by having all this management in the same platform. It has several native integrations for the exchange, import and export of data, and the API is very easy to work with in case there is no direct integration with this platform. For the past 6 years u have been using Trello and it has really been of great help since it helps us to manage projects and work together as a team. With it, i find it extremely easy to get my team up and running. Additionally, Trello has a very nice, responsive and reliable customer support. Creating task cards is very simple and straightforward with Trello. Also, adding teammates and monitoring their tasks is also simple which I like very much Cons For massive, cross-functional enterprises or highly intricate technical projects requiring deep dependency mapping and sub-task nesting, the default board setup can become cluttered and lacks native Gantt chart granularity. Advanced multi-board data tracking reports can occasionally require heavy reliance on third-party Power-Up integrations to maintain macro visibility. Some advanced features are only available in paid plans. Large and complex projects can also become harder to manage with many boards and cards. Most of the features cannot be used offline, which is a bit annoying because I don't always need to be connected to the internet to be able to update the status of my completed tasks, so it wouldn't be bad to have most of the features available when there is no internet connection. The notifications section is a bit overwhelming, I would like to have the ability to choose what I want to be notified about and what I don't, since it can be annoying to receive notifications that aren't necessary and even more so when they arrive in large batches. In any case, these are two small cons that I see in this platform, it has been very useful to me and I only hope that it can improve over time since it is my default project and task manager. I don't have any major problem with Trello so nothing to dislike about it. I do not have any major dislike with Trello so far. Everything is to my liking.
